People lie to you so much
So often
Unless you're aware, you won't notice
That the lies are masked by fake confidence
Like a snake within the trees
Some people are worse at lying than others
Easier to spot when you notice the signs
Oh, so blatantly obvious
There are lies about love
Lies about hatred
Lies about secrecy and trust
Some people find confrontation easier if they base it around lies
And this is why no one will ever be trusted again
