Jupiter
Your eyes used to sparkle in the morning
In a crowd of a thousand people, I only saw you
You sprinkled your love like stardust
I was so close to you that I could hear your heartbeat ringing in my eardrums
But I will never fully understand you
I felt so safe with my head in your lap
We dangled our legs from the edges of motorway bridges
Oh, if only you would've pushed me off
Freckles, kisses, moonlight wishes
You blew your cigarette smoke into my face
I slept in your ripped jumper
I danced with you in the thunderstorms
It was so much easier to ignore the world
With your hand in mine
Jupiter
