They were attempting to sneak up on Lucifer, when Ariel suddenly stopped walking, and perked up.

"Ariel." The voice was back in her head, calling out to her. It sounded desperate.

"Hey, you okay?" Sam asked being the one to bring up the rear, right behind her.

"It's Castiel." She gasped. "Don't ask how I know, but he's in trouble. I have to go help him." She ran towards Sam and threw her arms around him, in a tight hug. "Kill the devil, Sammy. I'll see you on the flip side." Before Sam could stop her, she was running to where the voice was telling her to go. Out of breath, she arrived to the building, where earlier in the day, before all the bad, Castiel stared into. Panting heavily she ran inside until she found a room illuminated in an orange glow.

"Castiel!" She yelled, seeing him standing in a circle of holy fire.

"I need your help to get out of here, and hurry. I think Meg will be coming back." He said, his eyes darting to the door.

The rest of the Winchester's were hunched in the bushes, ready to face Lucifer.

"Last words?" Sam asked Dean.

Dean gave a grim smile, his eyes full of sadness. "I think I'm good."

"Erin." Sam turned to his wife, grabbing her and placing a kiss upon her lips. "If anything happens you get the hell out. You run, you find Ariel, and Cas, and you leave. Do not stick around. I love you." He jumped from the bushes, calling out to Lucifer. "You wanted to see me?" He pulled up his shotgun.

"Oh, Sam." Lucifer cooed. "You don't need that gun here, you know I'd never hurt you. Not really." Lucifer pouted

"Yeah, well, I'd hurt you." Dean pointed the colt point-blank at Lucifer's forehead. "So, suck it." He fired the gun, watching chunks of the poor vessel's brains spray the ground behind him. His body falling to the ground with a sickening thud.

Erin, against her better judgement, came out from hiding and stood beside Sam. "Did it work?"

"Owwww." Lucifer whined, sitting up, and rubbing his now healed head. They all looked at him in horror. "Where did you get that?"

Lucifer turned and sucker punched Dean, causing him to fly into a tree. "Now, where were we? Oh yes." He opened his arm, making Erin come to him, trapping her against him. "I don't suppose you'd just say yes here and now? End this whole tiring discussion?"

"It's never going to happen!" Erin yelled defiantly, despite the fear burning deep inside her. She fought against Lucifer's hold on her, even though she knew it'd do nothing.

"You sure like them feisty, huh Sam?" He chuckled, but sighed when Sam didn't give him a reaction. He snapped his fingers and Erin went limp.

"What did you do to her?" Sam shouted. "You listen to me, you son of a bitch. I'm gonna kill you myself, you understand me? I'm going to rip your heart out!"

Lucifer smirked, glad to finally be getting a reaction. He carelessly dropped Erin onto the dirt next to him. "That's good, Sam. You keep fanning that fire in your belly. All that pent-up rage. I'm gonna need it."

Sam found out that Lucifer was trying to raise the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse by doing rituals, starting with Death. All the people who used to be standing before them were demons that Lucifer killed for the ritual.

"Now, Sammy. Before Death gets here, you have one chance. Say yes, or I'm going to murder your wife, and I'll make sure you feel all the pain she feels." HE smiled towards Sam, picking up Erin, her head lolling to the side. "Last chance, Bucko."

Lucifer conjured up a blade and aimed it towards Erin's stomach. "Should I start here? Or!" He gasped. "I'll take her other eye!" He moved the knife towards her still closed, still working eye. "Three seconds to decide, Sam. 3...2..." He snapped his fingers, and Erin sprang awake to see a knife quickly moving towards her only working eye. She let out a blood curdling scream, as it slowly pierced through her eye, blood oozing down her cheek.

"Fine!" Sam yelled, panic lacing his voice. Erin was right, she predicted this would happen, and he wishes he made her stay back now. He was trapped. "Fine, okay, yes. Yes, just please don't hurt her anymore."

Lucifer snapped his fingers and her eye went back to normal, the blood mixed with tears beginning to dry on her pale cheek. The body that was holding her went limp, causing her an it to fall to the ground.

"Oh, Hello Death." Sam gave a sinister smile, that wasn't like him at all. "I'll be with you in a moment."

"No." Erin gasped, pulling herself away from Lucifer's discarded vessel.

Samifer walked over to Erin and pulled her off the ground, even though she was trying to rapidly crawl away from him. She knew the hands that were touching her skin, but they felt entirely different. They felt wrong. They grabbed her too tightly, and instead of giving her butterflies, they made her skin crawl.

"I'll be taking the little wifey, too, I think." Lucifer spoke, knowing both Sam, and the mostly-conscious Dean could hear him. "Make sure Sammy behaves." He dragged Erin over to where Death was currently standing.

Castiel appeared next to Dean, Ariel in tow.

"Dean?" Ariel gasped, helping him up, and letting him put some of his weight on her. She then looked over to Sam talking to an older man, Erin gripped tightly in his arms. One glance, and Ariel just knew it was no longer Sam. He held him self much differently.

"Go!" Erin mouthed, once she saw Ariel. "You have to go now!"

Ariel pushed Dean onto Castiel, and made an attempt to try to save Erin. Castiel was quick to stop her, however, by wrapping an arm firmly around her waist. He then flew them into Bobby's living room before anyone could protest.

"Why!" Ariel yelled alerting Bobby to their arrival. She began to beat her fists on Castiel's chest. "Why did you take me away?" Tears were leaking out of her eyes, and down her freckled cheeks. "Take me back, take me back now. We have to save them!"

Castiel let go of Dean, who limped towards Bobby's bathroom. The angel stared down at Ariel, taking in all of her emotions.

"If you didn't call me away with that stupid mind trick, I could have been there to save them! I need to go back." She was sobbing heavily now, her fists stopping as her body collapsed against him. "He's going to kill her. Lucifer is going to kill her."

Castiel slowly wrapped his arms around the girl, hoping it would act as a way to calm her. "It was for the greater good. There is no way to get them back if you're both dead."

Later, Dean's wounds were wrapped and he laid on the couch, trying to rest his body.

Ariel sat in an armchair, not moving, not blinking, wide eyes staring that the television. The news was reporting on all the natural disasters that had suddenly begun to happen, while Lucifer had fun in Sam's body. Castiel had long since left, hoping to find some direction as to where to go next.

Bobby looked at the two siblings, then back at his fire place. He took one last look at the picture they had taken just the night before, and tossed it into the fire place. Four of the people in the picture hadn't returned and it weighed heavily on their souls.

They all felt lost.
