All Erin wanted to do was run. She was trapped beside Lucifer as he wrecked havoc on Earth, and there was absolutely nothing she could do, but let him drag her around. She was too weak to kill him, or even slow him down. And if she managed to escape and run, she'd be leaving Sam behind. She could never do that, and Lucifer knew it. She had a cellphone that was rapidly decreasing in battery, but she was too afraid to use it.

Lucifer was a wild card, she never knew how he was going to react. She'd been with him for about a week now, and tried to spend that time observing, hoping to spot a weakness. All she was hoping to do was understand how he functioned. But she still had nothing, his mood was constantly changing. One day he'd love an idea, then in two minutes, the thought would make him punch a hole in a wall. He was erratic, he was dangerous.

Trying to see the bright side, Erin was glad she still managed to see her husband everyday, even if he was possessed by Lucifer. It gave her strength to keep fighting, she knew he was still in there somewhere, and she'd bring him out.

Lucifer entered the motel room he had told Erin to stay put in while he went out and had fun. He decided to give motel rooms, and the whole "human" thing a try, because why not?

"Honey! I'm home!" Lucifer yelled, a joyous smile on his lips as he went to the sink and tried to wash the blood off himself.

Erin gave Lucifer no reaction, by this point she was used to all the blood. She really wished she didn't see Sam hands so red everyday, but she knew better than to give him any sort of reaction. She kept her eye trained on the worn out wood of the table she sat at, not moving.

"Alright." Lucifer sighed, pulling out the chair across from her. He took notice of her flinch, it was so small that had he not been an archangel, he might not have caught it. "What are you so afraid of?" He already knew the answer, it just gave him the warm and fuzzies to hear her say it.

"Y-you." Erin said, her voice quivering. It sounded that way because it didn't often get used, but she knew he'd take it for fear.

Lucifer blew a puff of air out of Sam's lips. It sounded like a mix between a scoff and a laugh. "Don't think I haven't noticed you've been mopey since our friendship started. You should be thanking me, because of  my generosity you get to see Sammy every single day."

Erin slammed her palms on the table, standing up so fast her chair tipped over and hit harshly against the wooden floor. "Stop calling him that! You deserve nothing, but the pain and suffering you'll receive."

"Sit down before you pass out." Lucifer rolled his eyes at her outburst, leaning back in his chair. He'd never admit to it, but he has noticed her skin becoming paler, and her cheeks becoming hollower. The dark circles under her eyes never seemed to stop growing. She refused to eat or sleep if he was around, and it was taking it toll on her body.

"Let me ask you one thing." Erin tried to keep her voice strong, even though her head was rapidly spinning, and everything suddenly sounded like ti was underwater. "Do you regret anything?"

Lucifer tapped his forefinger on his chin, like he was thinking.' "Yeah, I actually regret a lot of things." He said sounding sincere shocking Erin.

Erin looked at him and sat back in her chair, thinking she was going to have an actual human conversation with Lucifer.

"But having this conversation tops the list." He shrugged and got up, walking back out the door. He was definitely in the mood to raise some hell now.
