chapter 4

Bethany's P.O.V

I looked at the clock and I slept to late

"crap!" I said to myself I hurried up getting dressed and did my makeup then my hair and ran down stairs grabbing my bag

"bye ma I gotta go I'm late "I said grabbing apple

"aren't you gonna eat?"she asked

I held my apple in the air she rolled her eyes and I ran

"miss olkin your late" Mrs Goldman said as I sneaked in class

"I woke up late"I said

"that's no excuse detention "she said I rolled my eyes and I saw Elvis sitting in the front row he smiled at me I blushed

"what happened to you"Lisa said

"my alarm didn't go off" I said

"no I mean with you and Elvis "she said

"ladies in the back please pay attion this is on the test"Mrs Goldman said

"he asked me out!"I squealed

"that's great see I knew he liked you"she said

"yea yea "I said

the bell range and I went to just locker

"hey "I heard a southern accent say

I turned around and it wasn't elvis

"hi Johnny "I said I really wanted it to be Elvis

"how about me and you go out"he said trying to kiss me pushing me up against my locker  I tried to  push him off of me

"what's wrong with you!"I said as he looked at me

"I always liked you "he said I ignored him 

I can't believe him he's dating my  best friend  and if I try to tell Lisa what happened she wouldn't believe me

"what's with you?"Lisa asked as we walked home

"nothing just things on my mind"I said then Johnny and Elvis showed up I went close to  Elvis

"hey"he said and wrapped his arm around my shoulder

"hi"I smiled

"so what time shall I pick you up"he said

"for what "I said

"our date"he said

"oh right um what ever time is fine with me "I said

"well how about 8 o'clock "he suggested

"perfect "I said smiling he kissed my cheek

"oh and you get to meet by sister"I said

"sure I'd love to"he said as we walked home

I didn't know if I should tell Elvis what happened with me and Johnny

"yo Elvis you coming with us tonight!"Johnny said

I bit my lip and Elvis looked at me

"sorry I can't I got a date"he said making me smile

Johnny looked at me

"Elvis I'll see you later on "I said as we walked up my door steps

"I'll pick you up"Elvis said and kissed my cheek

"I'll be ready!"I said as he walked away

after I dropped off Bethany I headed home to get ready for our date I wanted everything to be perfect
