chapter 21

Bethany's POV

Days dragged on for elvis and me one day I thought it would be nice to change my look since I look like elvis old girlfriends.

"Oh Mrs.Presley I wasn't expecting you today?"my hair dresser Carol said as I walked in

"Hello Carol I thought I could do something different to my look"I say she smiles and gestured me to sit on the chair

"What would you like?"she asked me I take a second to think

"Something different from everyone else I want to be unique"I said she nodded and got to work after she did my hair she got to my makeup it was a little darker than usual but I still like it then I went shopping for a new dress

I drove home to elvis and he was in the jungle room I applied red lip stick and walked in all the guys stopped talking at Joe patted elvis

"What...."he said turning around he saw me I smiled shyly

"What are you wearing?!"elvis said I looked confused

"I thought you'd like it??"I say tears fill my eyes

"Well I just don't..."elvis said he laughed

"You jerk!!!!"I yelled I threw my purse at him and ran upstairs with him following I slammed the door shut with him behind it .

I moved to my bathroom and started taking my makeup off

"Beth!"elvis said he was behind me I whipped my lipstick off

"What you really had to say hat elvis that hurt me!"I said more tears came elvis kissed my shoulder

"I didn't mean it"he whispered whipping my tears

"Why'd you say it then?..."I asked he lifted my chin up and kissed me sweetly

"Because I'm stupid"he laughed

"Yea you got that right!"I snapped still a little mad at him he placed his hand on my baby bump which is more like a basketball

"How's my little girl??"he asked then kissed my stomach

"Kicking the living crap out of me"I tell elvis as she kicks me

"I'm sorry beth I know it may hurt"he said and kissed my cheek

"Elvis is everything okay with you , you've been acting really weird lately."I say he moves away from me

"Nothing Is wrong I've just be feeling stressed out with the baby , tours and music"he said

"I know elvis you must feel overwhelmed"I say he smiles

"I was thinking that maybe we could have a Baby shower for you I know girls love those things"he tells me I hug him

"Oh elvis I would love to have one thank you!"I say

"How about next Saturday"he said I smile

"Sounds like a plan"I said he kisses my neck softly

Elvis POV

I felt bad that I made beth feel like that I didn't mean to hurt her feelings I wanted to take her out on a special date so after we got ready we were off I didn't tell her where we were going because I wanted it to be special i was gonna take her where we first had our date back in 1952

We boarded the airplane and beth bit her lip in a cute way I smiled

"Why are we taking our plane??"she asked me as we sit down in our seats I hold her hand

"Its a surprise for you "she said she sleeps on my arm and and hour latter we arrive

"Beth honey were here"I said as I shook her gently her eyes fluttered open

"That was some good sleeping"she said I chuckled grabbing her hand I put a blind fold on her eyes

"Elvis what are you doing.."she asked

"Its a surprise!"I said we moved to the back of the restaurant and everything is how it was set up like back then

"Alright open"I said taking her blind fold off she had tears in her eyes she smiled

"Oh elvis you did all of this.."she said softly I nodded I heard her sniffle

I pulled her chair out she smiled she sat down after we were done eating we we back to Graceland

"Elvis you didn't have to do all of that really"she said as we got ready for bed

"Well I wanted to I love you that much I felt bad for making you feel that way beth"I said she smiled and kissed me

"I know you do elvis I love you just as much!"she says I kissed her once more before we go to bed .
