chapter 16

Bethany's POV

I woke up the next morning and elvis was awake dressed and showered with a tray of breakfast

"Morning beth"he smiled then  kissed my cheek

"Morning what's all this for?"I ask he hands me the tray

"Just to you know. to say sorry for everything I did"he said I kissed him softy he hugged me close he smelt of Brut

"Thank you E"I whispered he kissed my head rubbing my back

"I gotta get down to the studio and I called your mother this morning to discuss some wedding plans"he says I smile

"Then I'll get dressed"I said he pecked my lips I shut the bathroom door gently then got in the shower after I was done I wrapped the pink plushy towel around me and looked through my closet finding something to wear when I felt two strong arms around me.

He kissed my neck slowly as he got up closer he crashed his lips on too mine .

I thought I saw someone out the window but I ignored it and elvis kept kissing me I pushed elvis gently away from me .

"What's wrong?"he asked confused I pointed out the window yet there was no one there

"What am I suppose to be seeing?"elvis said I shook my head slowly

"I think there's someone out side the window"I said elvis went towards the window

"I don't see anyone"he said shutting the window shut  I sighed

"You think I'm crazy?"I say quietly he  half smiles moving closer to me his hands near my but I wrapped my arms around his neck

"Why on earth would you think that ?"he says I shrug I look out the window and there was a man

"Look!"I pointed he looked and he was gone

"Maybe you need rest"elvis whispered

"No! Elvis I saw someone"I snapped I got out of my towel and picked a pair of caprise and a white plain T-shirt and ran down stairs elvis followed me

"Honey what are you doing?"he asked me I grab a jacket

"Going for a walk"I said opening the door

I walked out side I can feel elvis looking at me through the window

"Is anyone there?"I call out looking around I go around Graceland

"Hello anyone out there!"I yelled I shrug and turn around

"Hello Bethany"a man said I gulped taking a few steps away from him

"How do you know my name?"I questioned him he same close and I feel my heart beat fast

"You don't remember me do you?"he laughed I shake my head no

"I'm Johnny "he said I catch my breath and try to keep cool

"I thought you were in jail"I said he moved me to the wall

"I got out a year ago"he said I close my eyes and I remember what had happen with him

"I just came to apologize, I was stupid to treat you like that beth I'm sorry."he says I feel sympathy for him

"Beth you out here!"I hear elvis call for me

"John hide if elvis will find you he'll kill you"I said I push him into the bushes gently

"Did ya find anything?"elvis ask me I shake my head he slides his arm around my waist

"No like you said "I lied as we walk along the side walk I look back at Johnny and mouthed 'I'm sorry'

Elvis POV

beth and her mother discussed some wedding plans I just watched as she smiled and laughed. But yet I thought there was something wrong with her and she wasn't tell me.

"You know E I think we have everything ready"she said I curled my lips into a smile

"That's great darling"I tell her

"The one thing that I don't have is a father to walk me down the isle"she tells me her eyes with tears

"Your father won't come ??"I ask her she shakes her head

"He said the only way he'll go is if my mother isn't there I told him that wasn't happing"she sighed she sunk into the leather chair

"What about my father I'm sure he'll be glad to he loves you like a daughter "I suggested she smiled then kissed me

"Your right he was always there for me "she said getting up from her chair

"This wedding is gonna be something special"I tell her she nods in agreement
