"And all these demons I'm letting go 'cause I can see what is beautiful It finally feels like I'm coming home..."

It's just Kaycee, be cool and everything is going to be fine. It's was a Friday, late in the afternoon, the sun was almost setting and he was passing from one side to the other of his garage. He was waiting for her, so they could rehearse.

They haven't seen each other after they kissed and it had been two days, they talked a lot over texts but neither of them had the courage to say anything about the confessions or the kiss, so they just tried to avoid seeing each other until they were sure of what to do about it.

I mean, Sean had no intention to go back to the "we are just best friends" thing but he also knew that Kaycee wasn't someone to be open about this kind of thing in front of everyone. They had crossed a big line and Sean didn't want to go back, but he also knew that Kaycee wouldn't want to go ahead just yet. So he was unsure of where they landed.

But he missed her, just two days and he missed her like if she was air and he couldn't breathe. So he asked her to come over using the excuse that he wanted to rehearse for Tessandra's project it wasn't in total a lie, because they needed to rehearse since it was a hard piece but he also just wanted to be with her.

She had classes all day so she was only available during the night, so he made dinner for them and set his bed on the floor of his room because she was probably staying over since they tend to rehearse late into the night, and he always crashed on the floor so she could have his bed every time she slept over.

Her brother had left her in front of Sean's house around seven o'clock but she didn't go straight in because all her mind could think about was how they would say 'hi' to each other. The last time they had said something to each other face to face he kissed her goodnight so she was confused about how to greet him.

So she stayed outside his house for almost half an hour, just walking around without having a clue on how to act or what to do.

"Planning on getting inside any time soon?" His sister's voice startled her, the girl sat beside Kaycee on the sidewalk curb. "Sorry for scaring you."

"It's fine." She said smiling. "Just catching some air before getting in. Does he knows I'm already here?" She asked.

The girl denied. "He's in the garage, walking around as nervous as if he was receiving the president as a guest." They laughed and the girl stood up extending her hand to help the dancer. "Don't be so afraid, it's going to be awkward and weird a first, and it isn't much you can do about it. So come on, one of you has to be brave first, and considering the other one of you is my brother, I bet on you."

Kaycee took a deep breath and stood up. "How did you know? did he told about what happened?"

"No, he didn't but he just had been so happy in the past two days that I imagine that something must have happened." Kaycee smiled at the phrase as they walked inside the house. "He's in the garage, you know your way... Oh, and good luck."

In a way to try getting himself calmer, he decided to dance until she was there. Nothing really choreographed or anything, just him, some songs, and some moves. And that was what Kaycee found when she opened the garage door, Sean just dancing along with some random song and he looked so in peace. She loved to watch him and how his brilliant mind translated to his moves, how he flows in every step.

He finally opened his eyes just to catch her looking at him, through the mirror. He stopped and smiled, dimples and all, after running his fingers through his hair.
