Ok , update , I have been eating really shitty because I have been burned by the terrible Australian sun . A.k.a I have been sun burned and I still am . So all I have been doing is sitting and rubbing aloe vera all ver my body . It hurts to sit down yet alone move so I can't exercise or workout and to make matters worse I eat out of boredom . I'm not smart and think eat healthy . NO. Instead I eat anything I can find to stop myself from feeling as if life does not matter. The eating ,however, makes me feel like I should kill or cut myself which is terrible . I don't want to et and I certainly do not want to feel like this. In pain , emotionally and physically .
