Why hello there! I'm going to quickly tell you what I ate for the last couple of days . So lemme tell you a little something about my diet restrictions . I am only allowed 200 kcal the thing is a lot of things that are both unhealthy or healthy can have up to 200 calories in them . For example:

- A little bit of pizza 

- Lots of apple slices

- A chocolate 

- LOTS  of carrot sticks

Anyways! I'm going to tell you about my random snacking.

DAY NUMBER ONE

29 of January  

Okay, for day number one I was REALLY hungry. I woke up at 4 am , god knows why, my sleeping schedule is whack. So anyways, at 8 A.M I thought it was lunch . I was very disappointed when I checked the time and starved for HOURS but luckily 3 P.M came around and I ate. I had a carrot ( 41.35 kcal,)  and 100 grams of peas ( 81 calories.) Which is 122 calories which mean I had 78 left so I had around 85 grams of peas. This means I had a few calories to spare just in case the internet had calculated wrong and I needed to add a few extra calories for toothpaste.

DAY NUMBER TWO

30th Of January

*sighs* Day number two . I was only on day number two and by day number two I mean not only was I consuming a small amount of calories but I was also working out. Before I even started "day number one," I was still eating really small amounts of food and restricting . This is why whenever I got up on Day Number Two I would not see straight and it was blurry, colourful, it was like I was seeing stars in some cartoon and over all I felt dizzy and faint. Things started off great and I had only consumed 200 calories but I had started to feel sick . I'm not dumb, I knew this would happen and I know why but I didn't think it would happen so soon. I guess I should have taken it as a hint when I hadn't eaten all day when I was 6 and ended up puking on the floor ( sorry for that image.) Anyways I was doing great and refusing to eat food people had offered but then I thought " everyone has cheat days, right?" So I of course ended up binging . I had two toasted cheese sandwiches ( with white bread because we didn't have any multi grain , I know, really bad of me,) 5 wedges ,some chocolate milk , a whole row of rice crackers with two and a half tablespoons of dip and a hot chocolate ( because I am addicted to hot chocolate , I mean for god's sake , it's summer.) 

1 piece of white bread -  At least 53 calories each which adds up to 212 calories for the 4 slices of bread for my sandwiches.

4 slices of cheese ( 2 thin slices each sandwich) - It says there are 106 calories in every 25g of cheddar cheese and of course stupid me did not weigh the cheese so I am just guessing but this is most likely wrong since I love thin slices and used thin slices . So max =  424 oh my god I am a fat pig! I can not believe I ate that! What type of person does this make ? A fat , sad, pathetic person!

1 wedge - I think these were healthy wedges so I think they might have a little less calories but apparently there are 123 calories in one wedge . Which means I would have consumed 615 calories but the wedges I ate were very small so it is possibly smaller. 

Rice crackers - This is the wrong brand so this wont be exact but I can't leave my room because I am terrified so I'm just gonna say I ate peckish crackers. Which is 7 kcal per cracker. Which is at max 84 calories

2 and a half tablespoons of Crafted Pesto  with Cashews and Parmesan Dip ( by Black Swan)-          95 calories per tablespoon . Which is equal to 237. 5 calories 

TOTAL -  So at the most I had 1 772.5 calories or less. WOW . What a pig.
