Everything has been piling up on you lately. Work, people, expectations... everything. There were so many sleepless nights because of all these things but wow you endured it all.
Honestly, you couldnt believe that you did.
You were trying your best to put on a face and to not let anything break you. It was and still is difficult.
And the thing is, it seems like there's no end.
It gotten to the point where every little thing just gets you down.
You stepped out of the cafe with a drink in hand, something to warm you up for the cold evening. You sigh as you walked on the sidewalks. You really need a break. But before you could even get that, a man suddenly bumped into you.
"Ah! I'm sorry!" He says before rushing off. Obviously in a hurry.
You looked down and saw your spilled drink on the floor.
Nope. No.
Hold it.
"Why is everything going downhill?" You whispered to yourself before tears roll down to your cheeks.
You didnt mean to cry over something petty but you couldnt help it.
"I can't catch a break..."
You suddenly felt your knees go weak and let yourself sit on the cold ground.
"C-calm down, Y/N." You told yourself removing the tears from your eyes but it just keeps getting replaced.
But little did you know your best friend was just right around the corner

Mingyu felt his heart ache at the sight of you crying.
You don't deserve to feel this way.
You then felt something drape over your shoulders. Surprised, you saw Mingyu sitting next to you.
"M-mingyu?"
"It's chilly tonight huh?" He says to you. He then fixes the jacket he places over you, making sure you were covered and warmed up.
You just sat there a bit stunned. Mingyu then started to look at you closely and cupped your face with his hands. You immediately started to feel warm as his thumbs wipe away the tears on your face.
"Come to me if you need to talk alright?" He says softly. "I'm always here for you."
You nod at him, slightly embarrassed as he saw you like this. Mingyu smiles at you before placing his forehead on yours, making your heart warm up with the soft gesture.
