After I had packed the clothes I got in the suitcase they gave me for the farm we ate dinner.  Samson was on edge ever since I said those things after our little nap. I was telling the truth, but he might have not wanted to hear it. I just got this feeling... I didn't know where the words were coming from. But, things would change for them. I don't know how but I just know. Samson will stop hiding, and Gypsy will stop waiting for things to happen and live in the moment- in more ways than one -to save people she loves. I know, crazy. What does that mean though...? I have no idea. Ugh, so close yet so far...

                        ~~~
        I was laying on my bed with my arms behind my head listening to my music. Just the way I liked it, as loud as it could go. Soaking up all the words, the beats, key changes. Mouthing along to the words as I waited for Gypsy to finish packing. I felt a thud shake the floor lightly. I opened my eyes to see what happened Gypsy called something over her shoulder, paused the rolled her eyes as she continued packing. I took out an earbud.
    "What was that about?" I asked pausing my music as it was weird and uneven with only one bud in.
    "Samson's freaking out over his comics again." She ground out as if it happened way too often.
    "Comics?"
    "Yeah, like superhero comics..." I was really curious now. I liked fiction stories as much as the next person.
I got up leaving my music behind and went to his bedroom. He was on the edge of his bed hunched over reading a thick magazine looking book.
"So comic books huh?" I asked. He didn't look up. "Hello...." Nothing. I walked up to him looking over his shoulder to see what was happening. It looked like the villain was monologuing. "I hate it when the monologue." He looked over at me a little shocked but just went back to reading.
"Yeah...me too...normally.....but..." He trailed off. I raised an eyebrow at him. He looked really confused, worried, and almost mad. Then a look of shock and fear washed over his face. "Oh my god! You've got to be kidding me!" He shouted throwing up his arms in frustration, in which I jumped back. He pinched the bridge of his nose in annoyance letting out a low growl. "This guy- you can't just- how- what did he-" He groaned snapping the book open again and kept reading, but he was practically fuming.
"What was that...about?" I asked completely bewildered. He quickly looked up, still a bit agitated but otherwise confused.
"You want... to know...?" He asked confused.
"...Yeah....?" I asked cautiously 'cause I wasn't sure, the look on his face made me nervous.
"You hesitated..." He deadpanned.
"Yes, I wanted to know." He looked at me weirdly but got up shuffling through some other similar looking books by his bean bag chair and handed me a stack of maybe five-six of them?
"Start reading then...maybe I'll explain." He smirked evilly. I nodded taking the stack and sitting on his bean bag chair and started reading. I looked up quickly to see if he would kick me out. He didn't but he had this shocked look as if expecting me not to do that. He expected you to back out of it. Too late now...he got me stuck on them. I got sucked in by the first couple of pages.
I was vaguely aware of the looks I got from 'still obviously baffled' Samson because I was even reading them in the first place.
"You know, it's awfully hard to focus on the story if your minds on other things right?" I spoke up to Samson not looking up from the comic book, but it was like the hundredth time I saw him looking at me.
