Chapter twelve

Niall's POV

"So you guys are like friends with benefits?" I ask while Luke looks through movies.

After the whole story of how they got to where they are now, I feel bad for Luke. I mean, Calum was clearly flirting with Kate... Luke is so crushed and Calum doesn't even see it.

"I guess so, but I really thought he was thinking about a relationship with me... guess he only wants sex." Luke just shrugs, having no more energy to cry.

"Are going to keep having sex with him? It's not all that fair to you." Luke slides in a movie and sits beside me on the hotel room couch.

"I don't want to just have sex with him... I wanted a relationship, but doesn't look like it will happen. What do you think? Should I just ignore my feelings?"

"You could just act like it never happened... Maybe find a girl to make him jealous with?" I offer Luke while I stand up "Want popcorn?"

" That's an awesome idea except, Calum knows I'm not into girls but yea, popcorn would be amazing."Luke gets up and follows me to the small kitchen.

"Well then, we have to find you a fake boy toy!" I say loudly, while i grab the bowl out of the cupboard and Luke laughs at me.

Calum's POV

We all finished up our food, The one direction boys were telling us about some celebrity party.

"Were going to have a great time trust me! Ed will be there..." Zayn kept listing off a bunch of famous people while I pulled out my phone.

My phone read. Luke hasn't even texted me yet? Maybe I should text him...

To Lukey<3: Luke r u feeling alright? I can take u 2 our hotel... maybe finish up what happened before dinner if ur better ;) text me

I pushed send and laughed a bit at the message. I look at my phone a while, waiting for him to text back... nothing. I go to call him just as someone calls my name.

"Calum?" Harry calls from across the table. I look at him and smile. "Ask Kate if she wants to go with you!"

If I ask Kate to go with me it's not cheating cause me and Luke aren't dating and it's not like me and Kate will turn into anything... so no harm done, right? I turn my phone off and put it in my pocket.

"Okay..." I say and everyone smiles at me and I see Ashton giving me a, what the fuck, face. I just shrug at him and walk over to Kate.

"Hey Calum!" Kate sweetly smiles at me, putting down the menus in her hands and pulls off her uniform apron.

"Hey, I was wondering if maybe you wanted to come to a party with me tonight?" I say kindly and smile.

"Yea, I'd love to! My shift just ended!" She says enthusiastically.

"Great, let's go!"
