chan thought it would be good 'bonding' time if 3racha played hide and seek while felix, hyunjin, jeongin, minho, seungmin, and woojin went out for ice-cream while 3racha were writing lyrics in changbin and chan's room.

what the members didn't know, was that effie was an ace at hide and seek.

as changbin was counting to twenty, they ran to their hiding places. jisung, panicking, ran to hide under the lower bunk bed that effie slept in. chan went into the wardrobe that was sitting next to felix's bed.

as for effie, she remembered how jackson always taught her about hide and seek, and climbed up wall, using the ladder of the bunk bed for support. there was a secret 'hatch' that only effie and yugyeom knew about, similar to an airplaine's overhead storage.

she was an extremely observant person, and always looked around places carefully before going inside them. the advantages of being observant was that she could spot things nobody else could, which helped a lot in games.

she heard a scream a few minutes after she made herself comfortable in the small space. it was a scream only jisung was able to emit, and although effie saw it coming, she was startled by the high pitched noise.

"where are you~" changbin's breathing seemed to be in the room effie was in. in fact, the breathing seemed to be right under her. effie stayed as still as she could, determined to win. changbin's heavy breathing slowly got faint, signaling that he was leaving the room. 

waiting for someone else to be found, effie found herself rubbing her stomach in anxiousness, a habit she acquired over the years. 

"ah ha!" chanbin shouted at chan, the leader letting out a higher pitched scream than jisung, which didn't even seem possible to the girl. jisung's laughter followed, as effie had an idea.

she wondered if she could get to the couch in the living room, which was also the 'base.' although effie wasn't the one to take risks, she decided to do it.

she slipped out of the opening, and listened out for their voices. by the sounds, they were in chan and changbin's room, discussing where effie was hiding. effie took it as her chance to sprint to the couch, her footsteps making themselves known to the boys.

"i hear her!" effie was determined to get to the couch before they caught her. she never lost a game of hide and seek when playing with the other trainee's, and she wasn't about to lose her streak to 3 short boys.

she leaped on the grey couch, her whole body touching it as changbin shrieked, "found you!"

chan came in the room after chanbin, "nope. she reached base before you did anything."

changbin, fed up, just laid on the floor and grumbled about 'favouritism.'

effie looked at chan, holding in her laughter, "how was it coming out of the closet, then?"
