Ch 29 - Two Stick Around

I think it's clear that we have a winner. By a friggin landslide.

But, if you read The Risks then you will see some bonus content in the future for the other girls. I do have involvement with one other though.

Millicas ordered himself a sandwich as he got to sit down and think about it. This was all not easy for him. Some he got along with great. Some had communication issues.

Yami seemed like a man's desire masterpiece but Millicas wasn't going to play sperm donor, cash cow, or in any way pay mind to her.

Delaney had her shyness and fear severely bite her. Much more needs to be shown. Did she blow it?

Harmony is the beautiful and intelligent out of all of them. Her problem is she wants to her own thing. It's okay to be independent. Rather an asset. But being wishy washy about marriage and only getting around to Millicas when she has time sounds like a commitment issue.

Sylphy is really fun and easy going. Makes it smooth to talk to. But is she mature enough?

Then Jessi. Down to Earth and not sugar coating anything. She's sweet and knows what she's getting into. Little nervous but who wouldn't be? Ready for challenges and a real partner.

Millicas sat there eating and knew two he could cross off right off the bat. Simple with no questions asked. He was thinking about looks, personality, inner strength, and comfort to he around. Ultimately it came down to two. Unsure if what to do he payed the bill and walked over to the office.

Raven opened the door for Millicas and sat on his lap once we was in a chair. "Cousin." She hugged him.

"So Raven I know who you don't like. Who exactly do you like?"

"I like Jessi and Sylphy to be honest. Those two are the ones that stick out. Sylphy is just so fun but I have no idea on what she's getting into. Jessi I think is just more complete."

"Mommy can we have Sylphy around when you and Daddy go to work while I do my school work?" Raven raised her hand.

"I mean we can ask her. It's up to her. And either way I think the best thing to do. Now as for you man of the day, I think we need to bring those three you know are out together. I'll make an arrangement to have all five of them to meet up." Rias was about to head to the phone.

"Well, Aunt Rias how do I turn down a hot woman and a cute innocent girl?"

"Milli don't you have three?" Asked Raven.

"Raven what do you call Yami..."

"Ohhh." The little one blushed. "That one."

"She's no lady. Let's say that. Not cute nor hot to me."

"Then what do you call Sylphy and Jessi?"

"Cute and beautiful."

"Okay Milli you win."

"Well hey Raven you've done a pretty good job scouting out the dirt. And sure enough not my type. I can't wait for you to meet my fiance to be."

Raven raised her hand. "Mommy in ten years I pick my bride right?"

"No Honey. You're the bride. And you can pick any boyfriend you want. But Raven if your studies and work aren't up to Gremory standard he's lucky you will see him at a market."

"Yes Mommy."

It was the next day. The awkward part of Ria's plan was to get this over with quick. In doing so all three of those rejects so to speak are going to be sitting at one table as Millicas gives them the news. Better have him turn them down then telling you, Rias, or Grayfia to go home. Though this is wrong in every category. Having three girls being rejected in the same room. This may bring tears and a few pissed off.

Rias walked over to Millicas as Raven sat next to you reading. "Alright Millicas I have the other two in different rooms. These three are first."

"Greeeeeaaaaaat..."

"Wish me luck." He stepped out and into the field.

All three girls were sitting at one table. Harmony is wearing a pants suit and thinks she's got it. Yami thinks she is better than both of the girls and is playing with her hair. She's in crop top and leather jacket. Then Delaney is nervous thinking that she is going to be shunned. Nearly shaking.

"Hey ladies." Millicas waved walking into the room.

"Hey Cutie. How are you? Besides looking oh so handsome today." Purred Yami. "Rawr. You woke me right up."

"Hey there Prince." Greeted Harmony.

"Hi there Millicas." Bowed Delaney.

"Ladies I just want to say thank you all for taking the time. I appreciate it and understand that this was hard for all of you. Me too. Thanks for being here. It has really been just nerve wracking all around."

"We got cut huh?" Sighed Delaney.

"Well I cent sugar coat it." He dropped his head.

"I get it." Harmony shook her head.

Yami stood there is disgust. "What nerve."

"Ladies. Please. I didn't make the decision. I'm being arranged here. Please. I have some words for all of you."

Yami stood there fuming. "Go ahead!"

"Delaney you are very sweet. You have so much to offer. I shouldn't burden you with challenges and standards. Do your own thing. A man would be lucky to have you. Honestly."

"Thank you Prince. Sorry I'm shy. I've just been rattled this whole time. I'm trying day by day. I hope I can talk to you some time if that's okay." Delaney got up from seat and smiled. "Can I get a hug before I go?"

"One minute. Of course." Now to the independent. "Harmony you have such a great life ahead of you. I know you have been on the fence with some stuff. But all I would do is hold you back. You set your goals and stay to them. Unfortunately I can't work around it."

She nodded. "I agree. Though it's a pleasure. Maybe one day I can work for you."

"Won't rule it out." He nodded. Then to the interesting one. "Yami. You are nice and look great. You will make a man happy one day. Just not me unfortunately."

"What did you say!?" She grumbled.

"Yami, I'm sorry."

"Do you have- You know what I did? The trouble I went through to get here!?" Her hand started to glow a hot pink. "Fine. My plan didn't work. But you will still share the same fate. These two too."

"What the?" They saw Yami start to hover up. Her wings of black feathers.

"Die!" She hurled a spear.

Presently I am home from work sick and hurt and wanted to piece this one together. I'll be giving this baby another update soon. Enjoy for now.

As I said before, Yami is something else. Raven was right.
