Ch 34 - Prep And Strike

You and the men gathered around the living room to meet with the ladies while your little girl and the other kids were playing while Sylphy the babysitter. Though with the news of Asia pregnant as she just found out, this changes everything. No one wanted Asia anywhere near this fight. Not good for her or the baby. Possibly making her a target and everyone was needed on the frontline. Especially Issei. So you hugged Rias and stood in front of everyone while you began the order of business. 

"Ladies. Good morning. I'm happy that everyone is here. First off Jessi I just want to say thank you for joining us. Then of course best of luck to you and Mills my nephew. Further more, Asia I am happy that you are welcoming baby number two to the manor. I hope you are very excited as we are. All of us wish you the best. With that we have a change of plans."

"Changes?" Asked Asia.

"Correct. I am sure Issei, Rias, myself, and quite frankly anyone here doesn't want you to fight. No lady here fought during her maternity. Not here. Asia for everyone's sake I'm going to have you stay with Sylphy. She's new and we needed someone here."

"Alright." She nodded.

"Now Tsubaki and Ravel." You turn to both of them. "I am aware of the mirror's power. Stay close to Kiba and Issei. Xenovia will be covering you and our allies will send someone to help as well. Ravel. I don't know how much we will need. Find a big backpack and fill it  up with phoenix tears. We WILL need them. With Asia on leave we are not affording any accidents."

"Done."

"Okay."

"Let's move. We will teleport to Lord Micheal, Irina, and commander Gabriel as well."

In a general spot being surprisingly a church to meet up all teleported there. Introductions were in order. This was a special time even though a battle was at the end of the line.

"Lord Micheal. You nodded." Extending your hand.

"Been a few years hasn't it Mr. Gremory."

"Please. (FN)." You shake and bow respectfully.

"Any new guests?" Asked Lord Micheal.

"Asia as of today is on maternity leave. She is happy to tell us today she's having a second child. If you haven't met the other three with us today, we have Tsubaki the Queen of the Sitri House, Ravel Phenex, and finally Millicas Gremory and his newly formed fiance Jessi."

Jessi was blown away. Meeting the big cheese of heaven after finding out you date the Devil King's and going to be his bride. Lot to take in. "Pleasure sir. An honor."

"Thank you for aiding us in this difficult task. (FN) helped come to me at a similar time years ago when he too was expecting a baby. If I'm correct Rias was eight or nine months pregnant."

Rias smiled. "I was at home crying my eyes out. I was close to my date."

"You know, if you were a human the people would call you a Saint." Laughed Irina.

"Ah Irina. Been sometime. Thanks for coming around again. You and Gabriel are good people. Haven't changed in those years at all. Wish we could sit down more often then these bad circumstances."

Rias was heartfelt. It still amazes me Hubby how much I've seen you grow. I know you're scared and nervous of the fact. Especially these battles. But I remember last night the first time we slept together, me healing your mind, or first night as a couple, and those nights working so hard you feel asleep in the office chair. Truly you are remarkable.

"We have to. I want to see that little girl of yours. And Issei's run of the mill."

Issei laughed. "Well, think you'll like Sylphy too. She is kind of like you."

"Even better."

Gabriel stepped forward. "So I take we are all ready to open fire? We have found a warehouse full of Fallen Angels as of recent and we have monitored the area for sometime. This place was only recent. Any reason?"

"Pardon me but it's that fake blonde Yami." Huffed Jessi.

"Who?" Asked Gabriel.

"The one that tried to take him and scoop him up for herself by lying." Jessi clinged to her fiance's arm.

"A Fallen Angel got through and posed as a Devil?" Gasped Irina.

"Yup. And why we're doing battle." You replied.

"Oh dear. Goodness that's one splash we try to avoid. But we tend not to strike unless necessary. This time treaty rules between Angels and Devils alike is if one strikes who is the enemy to both, they will group up and strike. Mind you we are unsure how many Fallen Angels are there. If we're lucky they will surrender and we can go home. Though those rogues will always do what they can."

"Lord Micheal, are we ready to take battle a second time?" You ask.

"Yes Commander. This reminds me of five years ago. Though I believe today we are at better times."

"No comparison. I stand in front of you today as a better man. I won't have this any different."

This is it. Final commence. And you think Fallen Angels just throw in the towel? Fuhgetaboutit!
