The Fight

Loki stands in front of Steve, my dad and I.

"Don't fail," future me says. I stand there and look at Loki.

I look at my dad. That's when we know.

"Loki, what are you doing here?" I ask.

"We don't have time," Loki says. Something comes shooting at the sky.

"That's Banner," Loki says.

We all watch it land in front of us. We see him transforming back into human.

"Thanos, Thanos is coming," Bruce says.

"We know," I say. I go over and help Banner up.

"How are you here?" Banner asks.

"I made myself into two different beings. One stayed on Asgard with Thor and Loki while another was here on Earth with my dad," I answer. Banner nods.

Bruce looks at Loki.

"Where's Thor?" Banner asks.

"On his way," Loki answers. We see carriers on the outskirts of the barrier.

"Who's that?" Steve asks.

"The Black Order. They're here to retrieve the mind and time stone," Loki answers.

Strange comes out with Vision.

"They're not going to get the stones," Strange answers.

"No because there was a greater force who was on our side," my dad answers.

"Let's not take her death vein," I say.

Someone shows up on the outskirts of Wakanda. She goes straight through the fields until she reaches us. That must be Carol.

"It's time," Loki says.

I take a deep breath.

My dad and I walk to meet Carol.

She holds the Gauntlet in her arms.

"Did she die peacefully?" Carol asks.

"We hope she did," I answer.

Carol hands me the gauntlet.

"Don't let her death be in vein," she says. In that moment she's gone.

I look at my dad. I see almost all of the Infinity Stones on the gauntlet. We just need the soul stone.

I look at my dad. "We have to go," my dad says.

I teleport to Vormir.

We're on the ground and I see it's gloomy. We walk all the way up in silence. Until my dad says something.

"Finding out that you were my daughter was the best day of my life," my dad says. We're almost there.

I smile.

I feel the war coming fast. I look at my dad.

"Davina Montgomery and Tony Stark," a man says.

Or something I can't describe. His face shows. It's red skull.

"You're here for the soul stone," Red Skull says.

"You're correct," I reply.

"You know what the terms of getting the soul stone are," Red Skull says.

My dad stands at the end of the ledge.

"It's time," my dad says.

I squeeze my eyes shut and everything begins to shut down. I can't do it.
