3 Years Later

We've gathered. We've found each other and we're finally ready.

Natasha went to go find Clint. We met people along the way. I can't help but to be scared.

I see Thor and Valkyrie hugging. I smile. It's crazy how they've connected with each other over the years.

I knock on the side of the door. They look at me.

"It's time," I say.

I go back into the briefing room.

"Davina," Carol says. I look back and see her standing there. She takes me into another room.

"We have to talk," she says.

"About what?" I ask.

"I have searched in every dimension I could before this moment. No one knows where the soul stone is," Carol says.

I shake my head.

"So we failed," I say.

"Not necessarily," she replies.

She wants me to get the answers from Gamora. Since she is the only one who knows about it.

"I can't do that to Gamora. Maybe we follow her tracks and then we get the map," I suggest.

"We don't have the time for that," Carol answers.

I cross my arms.

"That is going to alter this timeline," I reply.

"That's not the only problem," Carol says.

There seriously can't be another problem.

"We have to stop your father and Steve's fight from happening. That means you have to do something I wouldn't ask if necessary," Carol says.

I'm not going to like the question. She frowns for a moment.

"Can you make sure Bucky doesn't save you?" Carol asks.

What?

"Carol if I do that. I love James and if I do that, we will never fall in love," I answer.

It makes sense. I would never get in the way of the Accords. I would have been focused with solving the problem instead of saving the person I love.

My father and I would have been united when we get to Wakanda. Steve, Natasha, Falcon and Wanda wouldn't be running. Who knows what would have happened.

The price is I have to lose Bucky.

"Would it be possible if I save Loki in the process?" I ask.

"It's a possibility," Carol answers.

"Why can't Thor or Valkyrie do it?" I ask.

"Because we both know they don't have the power to make sure you don't pop out another you," Carol says.

"Fine but I'm taking Thor and Valkyrie with me for emotional support," I reply.

"You already know a loophole in the Sokovia Accords don't you," she says.

"I do," I whisper.

My heart breaks into pieces I have to lose James. Maybe it's for the best. James deserves someone better than me.

Carol and I walk into the briefing room. Everyone is here. My dad, Steve, Natasha, Clint, Bruce, Thor, Valkyrie, Nebula, Rocket and Scott.

"Everybody knows what they're doing?" Steve asks.
