Breathe

I feel Thor carrying me to the palace.

"Someone help her!" Thor yells.

I flinch at the loud noise. Thor looks at my wounds. I cough out some blood. 

Some other people pick me up.

"It's going to be alright," they say.

They put something in arm. I look at them wait for me to fall asleep.

I look at Thor.

"If you see James, tell him I tried," I say.

I know that this is the end.

I open my eyes and I'm sitting at the shore on Asgard.

I get up and look around.

"It's crazy isn't it?" Someone asks. Loki.

I frown but I run over and hug him. Loki picks me up and twirls me around.

"Where am I?" I ask.

"In the middle," Loki answers.

I get to decide if I want to go back or not. This is my choice. I sit back on the ground.

"I don't want to go. I want to stay with you," I say.

Loki sits on the ground with me. He puts his arm over me.

"I told you we would meet at the edge of the water," Loki says.

Loki grabs both cups both of my cheeks and kisses me.

"I meant every word I said. You made me better. I loved you more than anything, more than you could ever imagine," Loki tells me.

My eyes flutter open to Thor and Steve.

"They did everything they could," Steve says.

I look at Thor. He's cries.

"No. She is all I had left," Thor says. He comes in and grabs my hand.

"Well don't cry too much," I say.

They look at me. Thor's eyes light up. Steve looks happy.

Thor kisses my forehead.

"So what's the plan?" I ask.

"I have no idea but it better be a good one," Valkyrie says.

I look at Thor and Valkyrie. No way. No way. Oh my gosh I ship them so hard. They're the OTP.

"Are they safe?" I ask.

She nods. I smile so big.

"Don't get to excited we haven't won yet," Steve says.

I guess I made the right call.

I look at Steve. "Where's James?" I ask.

Everyone in the room tenses up. No. I close my eyes and hold my breath.

"I'm sorry Davina," Thor says.

"Where's my dad?" I ask.
