The Damned Kingdom (Rewritten)

-Chapter 9-

Jay wakes back up in what felt like a 5 minute power nap. Not enough time to heal any of the injuries that he got from fighting Zero. 'Dammit…', Jay thought to himself. He was obviously thinking of his encounter with Zero.

    “Hey have you told someone to tell that Fae girl that we have her friend?” Jay overheard the doctor and someone else talking.

    “No she’s almost impossible to reach but we are still trying.” an unknown voice replied.

“Remember I get fifty percent of the ransome that you guys want.” the doc said

“Of course Doctor.”

“Yeah I don’t think you’ll get a ransome from her.” Jay stepped into the conversation acting like his injuries didn't hurt. “Now that I look around This isn’t Xuxorid castle is it? You lied to me didn’t you?” Jay had a scary face intimidating the doctor into a nod to answer Jay’s question. “So then tell me where I actually am!” Jay stomped his foot making the Doctor jump and start talking.

“You’re in The Damned Bounty Hunter Bar and Inn!!” The Doc squealed with fear in his voice.

Jay’s scary face went to genuine interest, “Bounty Hunter Bar and Inn. You mean to tell me bounty hunters exist in this world?”

The person that the doctor was talking to got annoyed with Jay’s stepping in and yelled, “Yes! That is correct and you have a price and I know that for a fact we need Munny and the only way to get it for us is to turn in our bounty, and in this case, you!”

Jay points at himself, “Me? Why would little ol’ me have a bounty on my head?” Jay tried playing innocent.

“Hell if I know but that Fae Girl is the one who wants you. But there’s going to be a problem if we don’t get any Munny from her for you.”

“Good luck with that. If you ask her for Munny she’s going to kill you. She killed a lot of soldiers just for pulling their weapons on me so having me captive is just suicide.” Jay said folding his arms and leaning against a wall.

“Well we ain't asking for much just at least one million Munny.”

“What’s your name?”

“Jordi.”

“Well Jordi, the names Jay. nice to meet you and I hope we will be great allies in the future.” Jay held out his hand for a handshake.

“Yeah, Whatever.” Jordi accepts the handshake then walks off. “Remember you’re worth Munny. So don’t go dying.”

“Right.” Jay chuckles a little.

“S-s-so a-a-are y-y-y-you g-g-goin t-t-to--”

“Just stop and show me the owner of this place.” Jay said annoyed of the Doc’s stuttering.

“O-of course sir. Th-this way sir.” The doc pointed down the hallway and started walking down it.

“You're too scared right now. Either stop talking or stop stuttering.” Jay said following the Doc who now refuses to talk so that he can stop stuttering. They walked out of the hallway into a bar with a bunch of tough looking guys some lean looking guys some of them were female with short hair some with long and Jay was interested in what the place he was at was.

“He’s a-at the b-b--”

“Ah so the owner is the bartender thanks now leave me alone untill you fix your stutter.” the doc was gone as soon as Jay finished his sentence. “Now time to see if i can get some training in.” Jay walked toward the counter where the bartender is. “Hey bartender got anything without alcohol?” Jay asked instantly.
