Jay awoke seeing Kat just across from him sleeping peacefully like nothing was wrong. He turned to his left seeing that the cave went deeper and too his right the exit/entrance to the cave. He walked over to Kat and poked her face to wake her up.

    “Hey.” He whispered yelled.

    “Hmm?” Kat said half asleep.

    “You good?”

“Huh? Oh! Yeah I’m fine. Wh-where are we?”

“I have no idea. I just woke up, but from what i can gather, we aren’t in that temple anymore.” Jay stands from his crouching position and starts walking out of the cave. Kat stands and half jogs to catch up. Jay is squinting trying to keep the hash shine from his eyes as well as Kat. When they could both see again they saw Krypt smoking a blunt.

“You seriously brought weed with you?” Jay was a little disappointed with Krypt.

“Yeah I thought we would need it. Turns out I was correct. You want a hit?” Krypt offered Jay and Kat. They both turned him down.

“Put that out. We gotta find out where we are.” Jay ordered. Krypt followed reluctantly.

“So have any idea of where we could be?” Kat asked looking at the view they had. They were standing at a cliffside with a thick forest on the left and a huge jungle on the right, and just beyond those there were some plains with a castle in the plains area.

“I don’t have any idea.” Jay was seeing more than what he usually saw. What normal people usually see. He was seeing different colors come off of the trees and anything living inside them or around them. He turned to look at Kat and Krypt and there was a baby blue coming off of Kat while there was a nice red coming off of Krypt. He looked at his own hands and he saw a green coming off of himself. Jay closed his eyes took a deep breath and opened them again but that didn’t help. So he decided to ignore it.

“Well one thing I can say for sure is that there is a sword over there and I can’t pick it up.” Krypt said pointing at the sword Jay pulled from the stone in the temple. Jay walked over to it and picked it up with ease. Jay looked around and found a scabbard for his sword and put it on his back and started using it.

“We should probably go.” Jay suggested. Right as he said that all three of them heard footsteps and voices closing in. They all turned to the voices and see foot soldiers heading towards them.

“Halt!! State your business!” a foot soldier said.

“Uh… business?” Krypt thought playing dumb would be a good idea.

    “Did I stutter?”

“I mean I don’t know you are talking pretty loud.”

“Should we stop him?” Kat was about to do something.

“Nah. as long as he doesn’t cause trouble.” Of course Jay’s Karma was great because the foot soldier that was talking with Krypt drew his sword which preceded the rest of the soldiers to draw their weapons. Jay drew the sword on his back and had Kat get ready. Krypt was ready to fight with his hidden blade. Kat was ready to use her hands for hand to blade combat. And they were standing there about to engage.
