Chapter 4

Clove

Time for the best subject ever. Sport!! Just before lunch as well. Perfect!! Im now competing with a hungry stomach and a jerk. I may be better than last year

We go with our so-called partners. Dodge ball!!! Oh he's on. Surprisingly he was good at this. Oh cow. But than I went harder and it hit him exactly where I aimed. Yes, you know the place. He was on the ground groaning with pain. My favorite thing about this coach is he doesn't care if they get knocked out. Just bring them to the nurse.
"Stop being a baby" Coach teased to Cato.

After class I have 2 free periods in a row so Glimmer and I can hang out. We go up to a local Cafe and get drinks. I get a hot chocolate and Glimmer gets a frapatino.( Sorry for bad spelling).

We than gossip,

"Do you know this "Marvel guy'" I ask her.
"I do"she says "But I don't think he likes me"
"Why do you think that"
"Anytime I talk to him he runs away".
I decided to change the subject.
"You gonna do any clubs." I ask
"I haven't signed up for any but if I do im not doing sports."
"Okay I'll make a deal with you. You do a sports club and I'll do one of yours" I say.
She went for volleyball.

I regret making that deal. Im now doing cheerleading. I wear this revealing outfit (Not revealing for Glimmer of course),a skirt with shorts underneath and a belly top thing. I got a purple one witch is okay. My only problem is that is revealing!! I need to see who is on the male soccer team. I scroll through the list. Of course Thresh is. Hmm.. Marvel. That's it.

The next day is Saturday. Horayyyyyyyy! No school and no Jerk face. Im going shopping with Glimmer. We go in and see if there's any 'Cute' outfits. We go into this one store and I bought a pair of ripped jeans and a t-shirt that has the letter 'C' on it. Than we went into another shop. In my opinion it should be called 'Glimmers love'.

We go in. After 5 minutes Glimmer gives me about 10 outfits. They looked nice. The one I liked the most was the last one. It was a purple sundress with pink shoes. Im not usually into pink but it looked nice. Glimmer than bought make-up and did it for me. I looked nice. No. Better than nice. Fabulous. She bought the clothes and make-up and we got food. I insisted we go to a fast food joint but Clove wanted to go to a sushi place. In the end we went to the all you can eat buffet. I got chips, pizza and a burger. Glimmer got Sushi. It was great until...

Mr jerk face and Marvel. Oh shoot. Their coming over.
"Hey" said Jerk face.
"You didn't come to the park" I say quickly. "To chicken".
"No signing up for the soccer team."
No. No this can't be happening. I have to cheerlead in front of him. He's gonna make fun of me. Time to change the subj...
"This is Marvel" Cato says in the middle of my thoughts.
"Hi Marvel" I say. "This is Glimmer"
"Hi" Glimmer says cutely.
"Uhh.... H hi" Marvel stumbled.
Cute.
"I'll leave you love birds be" I say.
"Love birds" shouts Glimmer."You and him are love birds".
She points at Jerk face and me.
"Yuck. Your making me lose my appetite".
I look at Marvel who is blushing. Their in love alright. Glimmer and I eat our food and leave. When we were in the car, Glimmer realized that she left her earrings behind.
