Jerkface

How did I make him so angry.

“Don't ever mess with her again! Do you hear me! ” He says

I don't say anything.

“I said DO YOU HEAR ME!!!”

“Y-Y-Yeah.” I say struggling to breath.

The crowd only seems to be getting bigger bit by bit. I'm just there sitting on the ground with a black eye and bloody nose. Still. Wheezing. For. Air.

I look over to my left to see only the most beautiful person in the world. Clove. But... She's not mine anymore.

Marvel still hasn't noticed her. But Cato was beside her.

Oh I hate that dude so freaking much!!! He's stealing my girl. My usual black hair, spiked up is down. No it's not like a cartoon.

Clove's green eyes lock with mine. They are green like a clover.

Suddenly out of nowhere Clove comes out.

Her eyes have the look of anger as it stares back at mine

“HOW. DARE. YOU!” She says speaking so loud half of the mall comes over.
“You have the right to be on the ground. Come on Marvel.”

They walk off leaving Alice, myself and hundreds of people I don't know.

Marvel

Oh shnizel. They saw me. That means.... Glimmer saw me. She probably thinks I'm a monster... And it's probably true.

When we come up to everyone except Peeta, Glimmer runs at me.

She jumps on me into a hug. My bloody hands are getting sweaty.

It's now or never!

I pulled her in. Locking my lips with hers.

I am scared of rejection but she doesn't back off. After about half a minute we pull away.

“That must be a good present for your birthday. Jerkface getting beat up and now those two kissing. Looks like I don't have to spend anything for you.” Cato says jokingly.

Cato hands us all a Hershey's bar with one left for Peeta, than when no other then Peeta shows up with the cake.

“What did I miss.”

Cato jumped ahead of Peeta, takes the cake and put it in one of the bags without Clove noticing. Than giving him a Hershey's bar.

“A lot.” Katniss says who has been quiet for a while. Marvel bet up Jerk face and after Marvel and Glimmer kissed.”
“Dang it!” Peeta says
“Don't worry bro. I'll send you a pic later.” Cato says.
“W-W-WHA? YOU TOOK A PH-PHO-PHOTO?!”I say
“Multiple actually. I already changed it to my keyboard background and my wallpaper/screen saver.” he says proudly.

We finish our chocolate and head for the cars.
Cato, Glim and I put the stuff for Clove's party in the boot/trunk of the car.

“Guys, I need to get something. I'll be right back.”
“Ok.” Glim says.

A/N- I'm so so sorry it is so short. It's Paddy's day tomorrow and I'm in a parade as well as I am really happy with this chapter.

I am going to make a photo of what Jerk face and Dog Poop (Alice and Declan) (Clove's ex and Marvel's ex) look like.
