Clove
I see a massive party. And... CAKE! Oh and Marvel and Glimmer.
“SURPRISE!”
“Hehe” I chuckled while going over to Glimmer and Marvel.
“Hi Clove, how was your date? ”
“What date?! ”
“You. Cato. Together. For six hours. ”
“I was at my parents house. ”
“Oh~”
“So any news? ”
“Actually yes. ”
“Well... ” I trailed.
“MARVEL ASKED ME OUT!!! ”
We start squirming on the floor like four year olds.
Everyone's probably asking around saying stuff like “Are they ok?” or “Should we call 911?”. But I don't care.
After a while of partying and cake I get to open presents. Only my friends got me presents but that's ok. I see a big pile which I saved for last.
The first one was from Finnick and Annie. They got me free passes to the swimming pool. And Annie saw that I liked a necklace in a shop and she got me the necklace which is gorgeous.
Next is a girl called Johanna. She sits beside me for history of Panem but we don't talk much. So I'm really surprised she got me something. I open the gift and I see a knife. Strange but... It's quite, no very nice. It had my name on the side with a beautiful design. I look at the back of it to see these words carved in: “Thanks for letting me use those pencils!” I chuckle.
Next is from Katniss. She got me a district 2 jersey. And Peeta gets me a whole dozen of donuts and a buffet pass letting me choose whatever I want.
After it's Marvel. Which means the next present is Cato and the last group must be Glimmer. I think. I open it to see my eyes light up. It's a picture of the 4 of us than and now on a coffee store gift card.
That's nice. More coffee or hot coaco for me.
I open the next presents which I think are Cato. I see a card and open it. The card said:
‘To Clove,
Happy birthday! Enjoy that cake and presents. I think this present suits you.
Glimmer!
So Glimmer got me this. Which means Cato got me the pile. That is if he got it.
I get a pair of the new sneakers that everyone is talking about in purple and orange.
Finally the big pile. A note said from Cato so, it's from him. The first thing was a very simple basketball guidebook. The second thing is a check of $70. The third a picture of the day of the sing battle. The forth was some pranks to use on the Jerk. And the fifth was just amazing.
It was a good day
