Daniel POV

Whenever I watched a movie or read a book, and the character was getting into deep shit cause he wasn't capable of telling the simplest lie, I would just have to stop. Because it's ridiculous. A five year old child could act well enough to get out of simple trouble. How can someone not know how to act or lie a bit when they have been teenagers? I mean, look at me!

Look at Ash! I knew this could work because we could act. As a master of getting out of trouble and the grandmaster of practical jokes, I knew Ash could act.

But I don't think even he can blush like that and make that face while just acting.

The guys around us were feeling awkward, I guess. Not only were they tricked into checking me out, now the confident trickster who had started it was acting like a middle school girl.

I smirked. Not only did the situation need a little saving, this was a chance that didn't come often, a chance to tease Ash.

"Hey babe, you okay?" I asked, slauntering closer. Ash nodded and turned away, facing the locker. "You're a little red in the face, honey. You thinking of something naughty?"

I stopped right behind him, less than an inch between my naked chest and his back. Even his neck was red now. I figured it was just our act getting to him, but I was still enjoying this way more than I should. I guess the act was getting to me too.

He was still in his jeans, but his shirt was already off. I traced a finger down his arm, slowly and sensually, and he blushed impossibly even more, even his shoulders going pink. Ross and two other guys were whistling good-naturedly, the way loud guys do when their friend is teasing his girlfriend. Everyone else trying their best to look anywhere but at us, and failing miserably.

"Babe, what's up? It's not like you haven't seen it all before," I whispered, leaning closer, breathing down his neck.

"Dan, c-can you please," he stuttered, but didn't get to finish.

"Can you please stop?" a loud voice called over the locker room. It was a guy whose name I didn't know, a tall nerdy fellow who didn't seem to speak much.

His words broke the spell and in a second, Ash was back to his cocky self. What a waste! I narrowed my eyes and stepped toward the boy, but he didn't shrink back.

"You have a problem?" I snarled.

"Yeah, I do. Not with your orientation, I wouldn't appreciate a half naked heterosexual couple having their foreplay in front of me either," he snapped.

I stopped in my tracks. "Sorry," I muttered at last, smiling sheepishly. "I was just teasing them a bit," I waved my hand toward the guys still looking away awkwardly, "and I guess I went a little too far."

"Yeah right," he said. "Like you even remembered they were here."

I chuckled and went to put my clothes on. The locker room was quiet after that, save for the occasional chuckle. In just a minute or two, everyone were ready and heading for the field. Ash was by my side, like always, but for once he wasn't talking.

I could easily guess what was going on. I somehow made him blush - how, I had no idea. It was probably just the situation, I was most likely just a bit more naked than he expected. So he was feeling awkward and insecure. And him feeling bad was the last thing I would ever want, so all I had to do was show that it was okay, I didn't mind and he sometimes distracted me as well. Like today, in the hallway, or in the morning when he suddenly touched my face.

"Wow, Ash, you can act! If they didn't believe us in the morning, after this show there ain't a single one we didn't trick."

I'm an idiot! A fucking moron! Ash looked at me in relief, nodding and smiling quite smugly, but all I wanted to do was kick myself.
