3 pm. Finally. Today the other students will finally. Yesterday, at dinner, I was all alone in the big dining hall. Which was both creepy as it was lonely and saddening. So, I'm quite happy that other students will arrive today.

Currently, I'm in a big room full of students, they call this room something as a 'conference and meeting room'. Yeah, it's a pretty weird name. We are all waiting now for the principal to come and tell us all about the new school year and give us a tour around the campus. It seems like everyone is already making friends, while I'm stuck in the middle of the crowd with my thoughts. I dont like making new friends; I'm not pretty good at it.

"If I can have everyone's attention please, I'd like to start with the annual speech." The principal was now standing in front of us, behind a microphone, trying to get our attention. He continues talking, "Thank you. I would like to welcome you, and re-welcome- some of you, to a new school year, here at: Leonardo Carvalli Boarding School. Perhaps, better known as: LCBS. Today you will all be taken on a tour around our beautiful campus, guided by senior students who have been studying here since their freshman's year.

You have all received your room key and a booklet with all of our rules. Your uniforms can be found in your rooms. Please, if there are any concerns or other questions during your studying here, let us know. I am available on Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, so do not hesitate to come by my room. My room can be found on the top floor, at the end of the hall.

Of course, you can always go to our receptionist: Mary.

It is now time for your tour. The names of the seniors who will accompany you on this tour, are listed on the posters in the corner of the room. I wish you all a very good, informative and wonderful school year!" he ends his long speech.

Nice. Now I have to wait until everyone is finished reading that damn list, searching for their name and to see who's their senior partner on the tour.

I come closer as everyone leaves to find their partner. Let's see. Looks like I'm paired up with someone named: Austin Bullois. Ooh, he is French? I turn around, searching for someone who might look like an Austin Bullois.

Someone taps softly on my shoulder, so I turn around again. "Hey, are you Sybil? I'm Austin, Austin Bullois." He holds out his hand while he's waiting for me to shake it, he smiles genuine. I smile back and shake his hand. I think I like him. He looks nice and friendly. Fine, he also looks pretty damn cute.

"Hi, yeah, I am. Sorry, I'm not really into talking with people. I'm not really good at it." Well, I used to be very good at communicating, until, of course, the disappearing. Before that I loved talking with people. But after, I didn't how to function anymore. Now I just hate connecting with people and then in the end losing them again. It's useless and time consuming.

He nods while taking it all in. "That's okay. I'll be your personal tour guide today. You only have to listen, while I explain everything about what's going on at campus and what everything is. So, no worries." He smiles. I, again, return the smile.

"This is where our tour ends. For me, one of the most important rooms. For you, might not be so." I try to look around, but it's still too dark in the room to see anything clear. Finally, Austin turns the light on. "The gym." He looks as if he's in his element. You can clearly see that this is one of his favorite spots. "Nice. I'd rather swim, but okay." I smile. He makes a follow-me gesture and walks away out of the gym. I follow him through another dark hallway. "Where are we going? I thought our tour was done." I ask confused. "One room has slipped my mind. One that I should definitely show you. Just follow me." he tries to assure me.
