I slowly pulled back from Kalel and fixed my eyes on the site in front of us as she placed her head on my shoulder. The rest of the ride we stayed silent as the screams of the nearby ride filled the air.

When I finally looked down at Kalel, I could only think about what just occured. I felt those feelings again when my lips touched hers. I didn't understand it. She was the one who was supposed to be falling for me, not the other way around.

I was taken out of these thoughts when the Ferris Wheel brought us back to the ground. Kalel stepped out, holding onto the railing as I followed closely behind her.

We walked toward the park exit and I mindlessly grabbed her hand. She and I exchanged a look for a few seconds before I sent her a small smile.

"I don't think I've ever had this much fun," she said with so much happiness in her tone that it made me feel really good that I did all this for her.

I grinned widely, "I'm glad you enjoyed your surprises."

"You have honestly given me one of the greatest days of my life, Justin."

"And it's not even your birthday yet," I chuckled before taking a look at my Rolex watch. "Three more hours until it's official."

She giggled shortly, "Don't remind me. I don't wanna get old."

Removing my hand from hers, I brought my arm around her shoulders and pulled her body into my side, "It's better to grow old than die young, don't ya think?"

"I guess," she sighed, but kept a smile on her face.

I brushed my lips against her temple before leaving a light kiss. I kept doing things like that and I didn't know why. I really needed to get a hold of myself cause I was getting too affectionate. "Are you tired?"

"Not really, I'm just hungry."

"Well we can stop and get something to eat before I take you home," I suggested as we neared my car.

"That would be gr-" I stopped dead in my tracks and put my finger against her lips. This cannot be happening right now.

"Be quiet and go hide behind that car," I pointed to the black Nissan a few feet away. She didn't say anything and nodded before doing as told.

I walked over to my car, which was being accompanied by the bastard himself. "What the fück are you doing here?"

He shook his head, "That's no way to greet me, young boy."

I rolled my eyes. This could not be real life. "Why are you here waiting for me at my car? Stalking doesn't look good on an old man like you."

He ignored me and I felt a little angry. "Looks like you're having a fun night out," his back pressed against the driver door as he crossed his arms.

"I was. Now answer my fücking question."

He ignored me again, "Where's your little girlfriend?"

"She's not my girlfriend and she's not fücking here," I lied through gritted teeth.

He chuckled and pushed himself off of my car to step closer to me as he stuffed his hands in his jacket pockets, "You're lying. Wanna know how I know that?" I stayed silent and shifted my weight on my feet, afraid of what he was going to say. "I've been watching the both of you," he smirked.

My heart rate started to pick up, "For how long?"

"Ever since I ran into you two," he said as he slid his hand out of his jacket pocket to reveal his silver handgun.
