I was brought out of my sleep by the sound of my phone alarm. I probably tapped snooze about ten times before I decided it was time to wake up. Monday mornings were the worst and the fact that I had to get up and go to school wad just death within itself.
I laid there with my eyes open for another minute before slowly getting out of bed and shuffling my way to the bathroom.
"Food is on the counter. I'm leaving for work now," my mom shouted from downstairs.
"Alright, see ya," Derek responded as he's walked passed my room, pulling down his shirt over his head.
I got up from my bed and headed straight to the shower, where I managed to fully wake up when I stepped foot into a cold shower. "For fuck sakes," I muttered to myself. Derek did this shit all the time and I really hated it.
After finishing up in the shower, I got dressed into a pair of black Calvin Klein's, a black v-neck, ripped blue jeans, and a pair of black Vans. "Time for hell," I said to myself as I grabbed my backpack from under my bed before heading downstairs.
"He's alive," Derek said sarcastically as I took the last step down.
I pushed his arm when I got near him in the kitchen, "You used all the fucking hot water."
He pushed me back with just as much force, "If you woke up earlier then you would've had hot water."
"I can't stand you," I rolled my eyes, walking over to the stove and picking up whatever is on the plate.
"Likewise."
I ignored him, "What the fuck is this?"
"Pancakes," he replied as if I was supposed to know by the look of it.
"Good God. We need to tell her to stop." I took out a bowl from the top cabinet and walked to the pantry to get a box of Fruit Loops.
"I'll tell her because you don't know how to be nice," Derek chuckled while throwing the nasty pancakes in the trash.
"I can be nice. You see how I'm getting closer to Kalel," I smiled at him as I walked over to the refrigerator to grab a jug of milk for my cereal.
"Whatever man. She definitely likes me more. I'm the better looking brother."
I poured enough milk for my cereal before twisting the cap back on the jug and putting it back in the refrigerator. "Please. How much püssy have you gotten in the last few weeks?" He rolled his eyes at me. "That's what I thought. You're definitely not going to get Kalel either."
"I'm not a manwhore like you. That shit doesn't matter to me."
I walked over to the counter with my bowl and sat down. "Sure bro," I chuckled before taking a spoonful of Fruit Loops and shoving them in my mouth as if I hadn't eaten in days.
Derek leaned his body against the counter, "With that bruise on your face? No one is gonna want you cause they'll think you can't fight for shit."
"Please, if anything it will attract the girls even more. Just trust me, I will get into those tight ass pants of hers."
"Whatever. She doesn't seem easy like all the other chicks you've messed around with."
"Maybe not, but I'll get to her. Don't you worry," I smirked at him. He shook his head and walked over to the pantry to find something to eat. "She'll be mine," I said quietly before taking another spoonful to my mouth.
After Derek and I finished up our breakfast, we were out the door to head to school. I didn't even bother trying to meet up with Cole because I knew that his bitch ass wasn't going to have the rest of the money. I'd rather not start off the day in a bad mood.
