Unknown Past (Book 1)

Introduction

My life is actually quite boring, nothing really happens at the orphanage where I live. Occasionally an unexpected visit from someone who is kind enough to come and give us some small gift or a packet of sweets will come along but other than that it’s quite boring.

I don't want to live here anymore. Don't get me wrong, the nuns here are very kind and take good care of me and I have many friends that I love as if they were siblings. But I'm bored of the same routine. I want an interesting life filled with adventure and a little romance. That's why everyday I pray to God that some interesting person will come and finally adopt me.

Sixteen years ago my parents dumped me in this orphanage in London when I was only a few months old and after that they just disappeared. I don't know who they are, why they left me here or anything about my origins, and even though I know I’ll never find my parents I still want to know about me.
