Izuku threw his notebook and backpack at the sludge villain in attempt to do something, anything to try and save him. The camera zoomed in shakily to show him crying and calling out Kacchan's name.
At the camera's view, Kacchan's face looked like a mix of being pissed and exhausted.
"GET BACK HERE, YOU FOOL! STOP!" One of the pro heroes shouted. The crowd started shouting at Izuku too, telling him to get out of there.
"What the heck is he doing?! Does he even have a plan?" Satoru asked me anxiously.
To be honest, I really didn't know.
Are you trying to prove you're a hero, Izuku? Was this pure instinct? Do you actually have a...plan?
"I'm sure he does." I commented back, without fulling being aware of what I was saying.
"I mean... he's probably got a full strategy made up in his head. His specialty is thinking." I said, trying my hardest to convince myself.
I stared at the screen, scared for what would happen next.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, a muscular hand grabbed Kacchan's wrist.
"A pro should always be ready to risk his life!" A booming voice said. "DETROIT SMASH!!!!!!!"
Satoru and I screamed as a giant gust of wind made the camera fall and go to static.
"All Might!" We screamed together as we looked outside our window. Dark clouds rolled in and the weather suddenly changed. Light raindrops started to fall from the once sunny sky.
"Woah! That was awesome!" I exclaimed as I picked up my phone. I took a picture of the sky and made a mental note to set it to my phone's background later.
"All Might, the number one hero, showed up and saved the day! He even changed the weather! In a single Punch!" Satoru shouted excitedly as he too, punched the air.
I laughed amusingly at him as I turned my attention to my phone and scrolled down to the comments posted on the video.
- All Might to the Rescue!
- Detroit Smash!!!
- #Numberonehero
- Yooo I need an umbrella now!
- XD
- That one kid had guts
-^The explosion one? Cuz that guy was fighting off the villain by himself!
- What about the green haired one?
-^Pffft that kid? He didn't even do anything. All Might totally saved his butt
-I'm betting the next number one hero is gonna be the explosion kid. Like if you agree.
-Are you insane? No one could replace All Might! He is forever #1."Hey, (Y/N)?" Satoru asked after a while. "Your friend there...he was pretty brave to do that. I don't even think I have the guts to do what he did.
Maybe... maybe he isn't so bad. But, he shouldn't have done that if didn't have a plan, let alone a quirk."
I gave him a small smile. His view was slightly changing, but I knew it was going to take a while.
"Yeah, I kinda agree, but at least he had the guts to do the impossible. No matter how dumb it may seem knowing the odds. Like All Might said, 'A pro should always be ready to risk his life.' Izuku may not be a pro, but he sure does have a heart like a real one."

"Izuku!" I shouted, surprisingly hyper, as I caught a glimpse of the green tufts on his head at school. His head swerved back and forth until he caught me waving at him. He smiled gently and waved back.
It had been two days after the sludge monster attack. I had been meaning to talk to him, but time didn't seem to be on my side.
As I approached him face to face, something seemed different. For one, he look super worn out. He had small bags underneath his eyes and his body looked sore.
Besides that, his actual eyes seemed to shine, as if someone had cheering him on, or he had just won a game or something.
"How's it going, (Y/N)? He asked as he rubbed his wrist unknowingly.
I shrugged, my eyes still glued to his face, studying every new thing I noticed.
"Hey," I paused, pushing away his question, "have you been getting enough sleep?"
He looked at me strangely. "Y-Yeah. W-why?"
I decided to come clean and tell him what was on my mind. "You look really tired and kinda sore."
Izuku's eyes widened and he started stuttering like crazy. "W-well! I-I uh j-just decided to-to work out. T-that's all!"
He gave me an awkward smile and started fidgeting with his hands.
I slowly nodded my head. "O... okay. Sounds good. Getting into shape is... cool."
Now I sound like the awkward one.
He laughed nervously and to his luck, the bell rang.
"See you in class!" He exclaimed as he sped off to the entrance doors before I could react.***
I made a plan to follow him after school, and maybe get a chance to talk to him more. He left so quickly after class that I didn't even get a chance to say anything.
Gosh, I feel like a creep. I clutched the straps of my backpack tightly, kept eeping him in my sight. But... I'm worried about the guy. It's not like I'm a stalker or anything. Yeah. I'm not a stalker. I am NOT a stalker.
I felt stupid as my thoughts started swarming with contradictions.
I slowed my pace down a bit and watched him walk a bit farther.
This is the way to that trashy beach. Huh, does he live around here? Must kinda suck if all you see is crap lying around on the sand and dirt water.
Izuku turned to the right around the corner of a nearby building. I stopped there and peeked around, seeing what would happen next.He went over to the sand down a path that lead to the really big trash piles. Car parts, refrigerators, tires, desks, cabinets, and other things sank deep into the sand.
Suddenly, Izuku grabbed a rubber car tire and started hauling it towards a dumpster.
What the-? Is he... cleaning up the beach? Is he planning on cleaning all that?
I stared at him, completely mesmerized. Nobody had ever bothered to do that before. Let alone a person who was quirkless. This must be a task beneath everyone with a quirk.
Suddenly there was faint yelling in the background. I couldn't exactly make out who it was, but his instructor sounded tough.
I felt compelled at the moment. On one hand, I wanted to help him, but on the other hand, this seemed like a more personal thing.
Maybe I'll come back later. This is going too far, I should just go back now.
I was only beginning to walk back to the orphanage before I heard a loud "HA! HA! HA!"
I froze in my tracks. "All Might?!" I said aloud, turning around and running to the scene.
The world's greatest hero, was here.
