The next morning, I woke up excited. I was ready for the day today. It seems like I'm ready for every day now, and that is something I never thought I would say.

Normally I don't like going to school. To me it's just a lot of wasted time. Ever since Ethan came into my life, I've felt differently about it. I wanted to go to school now. Seeing him just made my day a whole lot better.

I put on a black shirt and mini skirt. Even thought it was getting cold out, I wanted to look nice today. Hopefully Ethan noticed too. That would just be the icing on the cake.

After finishing getting ready, I walked to my bus. That is always the most boring part of my day. Thankfully I have headphones with me to listen to music. Makes the drive a little more pleasant.

When I got to school, I immediately went to find Sabrina like I always do. She was in her usual spot, so I noticed her quickly.

"Hey girl!" I say as I walk up to her.

"Hey! What's going on?" She asked.

"Not a whole lot just..." I was interrupted by my phone vibrating.

"Meet me downstairs near our spot." It read.

"Sabrina you wanna take a walk with me?" I ask, hoping she'd say yes. I wanted to see him, but not have a full makeout session at seven in the morning.

"Sure! Where we going?" She asked me.

"To meet up with Ethan. He just texted me." I answer smiling.

"Of course that's what we're doing." She laughs.

"Do you not want to? I can tell him no." I say.

"No no no! We're going. C'mon!"

We walked downstairs to where he told me to. He was already waiting there with Tyler. Good thing I brought Sabrina.

"Hey." He smiles at me.

"Hey." I respond to him.

The four of us started walking down the hallway together. I'm not really sure why we were doing this, but I didn't mind. I was getting to spend more time with him.

After walking for a few minutes with everyone, he pulled me away.

"You thought I was gonna let you get away looking like that?" He asked putting his arms around me and pulling me real close to him.

"We are not doing this in the middle of the hallway." I say to him seriously.

"Oh c'mon there's no one here, and I can't deal with the way this skirt looks on you." He says, moving his hands down.

"My best friend is right there. If you want me you have to wait until later. When it's only me and you." I say smirking.

"Uhh why do you have to be so difficult?" He asks, pretending to be upset.

"Because good things come to those who wait."

"Well if this means I'm gonna get something really good later then I guess I can live with waiting." He says, kissing me on the cheek.

We went back to Sabrina and Tyler, and continued walking. The bell had just rung, so we started back to our classes.

He walked me all the way to my class before saying goodbye.

"Don't worry I'll see you soon. Bye beautiful." He says, walking away.

I'm not sure what to think at this point. I know I'm starting to get real feelings for him, but I don't know how he feels about me. I definitely don't want to put myself out there if this is all still a joke to him.
