"No way! She did not say that!" Hayley laughed

"I'm serios, she said, I looked like a potato." I laughed back.

"Wow, we should go to her house and smash a bunch of potatoes on her car!" Hayley said.

"Totally!" I agreed, "but, plot twist, we Should go dressed as strawberries."

She laughed, "YAS!""

"Oh my gosh, im so glad we're bestfriends," Hayley said.

"So am I." I said.

"So, spill the dets, how's it going with Michael?" I asked playfully.

"It's awesome! I mean, I'm in love! I ca-" Hayley was cut off by a buzz from her phone.

"Sorry, bae, but I have to leave, Moms nagging me." She laughed.

"Ok, want me to drive with you to your house?" i asked.

"Nah, I'm good." she said.

I walked her to her car.

She got in and pulled out.

As she was leaving a bus came and hit the back end of her car.

Hayleys car flipped over 3 times, it stood there upside Down

I covered my mouth in shock, I felt tears tugging over me, I ran over to her car.

I woke up

I started screaming and yelling.

"ITS MY FAULT! ITS MY FAULT! SHES DEAD! WHY? WHY MY BESTFRIEND! IT MY FAULT!" I was kicking and screaming on the hospital bed.

The nurses gathered around me holding me down.

Luke was there helping the nurses, Dylan, Kai and Sawyer were standig in the corner, in shock.

Sawyer and Kai were crying, Dylan had a sad face, I could tell he wanted to cry, but he stood strong.

"Babe, beautiful, I'm here, lo-look at me, Im here for you, calm down, calm down." Luke comforted me.

I looked up at him, I was still kicking and screaming, I couldn't take it I missed Hayley, my head hurt like hell.

Luke was holding my hand, "stay strong, I'm here, because I love you, more than anyone, or anything, nothing can ever change that." He said.

I stopped struggling, I felt a tear drop, I could see the love Luke had for me, I knew it was true.

"I love you." he smiled.

I mouthed the words, "I love you to."

"Forever?" he asked.

"Forever." I replied softly.

Dylan, Kai, and Sawyer came over to me.

"Hey, you ok?" Kai asked.

"Why does my head hurt?" I asked.

"Well, when you fainted the first time, at the abanded house, to fell and hit your head." Dylan said.

"And, we didn't figure that out until you started having break downs whenever you sleept." Sawyer stated.

"What?" I asked, "that's gotta, no,"

I said, I sat up.

Kai told me to lay back down.

"They were thinking about putting you in a mental institution, but we argued no, you just have to take medical pills for the next couple of days." Kai said.

"When can I go home?" I asked.

"Today, you can check out in an hour." Luke budded in

I nodded my head.

Ashton, Calum, and Michael came in with flowers, balloons, and teddy bears.

"Hey guys," I said.

They handed me everything.

"How you holding up?" Cal asked.

"To be honest, not the well," I admitted

"Your a brave little toaster though." Ashton padded my head.

"I'm not 6 years old." I laughed.

"I see you haven't lost your fiestyness." Calum laughed

Michael stood in the back of the room, he didn't say much.

"Are you ok?" I motioned for him to come over to me.

He walked over, "I'm, I don't want to talk about it."

He was about to cry.

"I'm sorry," I said, I embraced him in a hug.

We all stood in silence.

Luke and I went to my brothers' house

"You know hemmings, really starting I warm up to you." Dylan padded

Luke's back, hard, I could here the slap.

Luke grunted in pain, I laughed a little.

"You know luke," Sawyer said, "I never doubted you."

"Yeah, right," Kai laughed.

I checked my phone.

"Ok, time for the medication." I hesitated telling Luke and my brothers.

I went to the to bathroom and took the pill, and washed it down with water.

I went back to sit with Luke

Then we heard a knock at the door.

I went up to answer it.

"Hello?" I asked, it was a police officer, so many horrible thoughts we going through my head.

"I'm very sorry for everything that's happened to you, and I'm sorry I have to drop more news on you, but, you and your boyfriend, and your brothers, have to come to trial for Brandon's case, it's scheduled for tomorrow afternoon." the police said.

"Ggrreaat." I stretched out the word sarcastically.

"Again, I'm sorry, but you have to." the police left the front porch.

"Guess what guys! We have to go to court!" I said.

"yay" the all said like zombies.

Hey guys!

I know it's been really dramatic lately, but yeah, I'm sorry Hayley had to pass away, but it's part of my story.
