"Whatever it is, it can't be too bad." I reason.

"I'm not a witch, I'm a guardian angel and you were my mission 14 years ago. Each of us are given one person to protect and help." She says, slowly. I just stand there trying not to freak out.

"What were you sent to do?" I ask.

"I was sent to make you happy and content, but you never really were happy. You never showed any emotion unless it was towards me. So, when I heard you talking to personally about Hayley I decided to take a chance." What she's saying is starting to make sense.

"So, you sent us here? This is a real place?" I ask, unsure.

"I did. All of the 'fantasy' shows you see are in fact real. Humans don't fully grasp the concept of it and the one's that do understand are called crazy. Anyways, ever since you've been here, I've never seen you show so much emotion and happiness." She explains.

"Why are you telling me this? Why now?" I ask, defensively.

"You're finally happy, you have a family of your own. A very beautiful family." She says, vaguely.

"Get to the point!" I yell in frustration.

"Don't you get it? My mission was to make sure you were happy and living your life to it's full extent. You were my one person that gave me a reason to exist. Now that your life is full and happy my job here is done. I can move on to the next stage in my journey, and this time I'll be born into a new life where I don't have these powers. My powers will be transferred to you since where I'm going I won't need them." She says, sadly.

"What?! You can't go, now! You're supposed to stay here, with me!" I exclaim, tears cascading down my face. She smiles sadly and pulls me into a tight hug. When she goes to pull away, I hold onto her tighter but eventually I release her. A bright light surrounds my body and I feel the power flow into me.

"I love you, Amanda. Take care of yourself." She says as she disappears from my sight. I should be crying but I've done enough crying to last a lifetime and she wants me to be happy.

"Thank you." I whisper, turning back to go inside. I see Elijah reading a book, Rebekah making funny faces at my son, and Klaus sitting in the rocking chair holding our daughter. He sees me walking over and gets up, handing Aria over to me. Rebekah gives Alexander over to him and leaves, Elijah not far behind her. We go sit in the bed observing our sleeping .

"She looks just like you." He says, quietly.

"And he looks like you, same blonde hair and blue eyes. Hopefully, he won't be as stubborn and hardheaded or we're going to have a major problem." I joke at the end. He laughs lightly.

"Why?" He asks, suddenly.

"What?" I ask, confused.

"Girls have always liked my brother better. To them, he's the nice guy, the guy you can
depend on, but you? You claim that I am a better man than he will ever be. You defend me no matter what I do. When you left, you kissed me. Why?" He asks. I roll my eyes as his stupidity.

"I kissed you because I love you, not your brother. I don't care what anyone else says, everything you do is for your family. They don't see that but I do, I see everything you do, everything you've done." I admit, looking down at the baby I'm holding so I don't have to look up. I feel two fingers go under my chin and slightly push my head up, just enough to where I'm looking him in the face.

"I love you, too." He says, softly. Before I can process what's happening, I press my lips onto his, but this time he has the chance to kiss back. We made out for God knows how long until we just sat there in the bed, with our babies, in a comfortable silence, hands intertwined.

Maybe Ariana was right, maybe I can actually be happy. I'm in love with the father of my children and his family accepts me, he accepts me. I finally have a home...a family.
