While Angela and Jessica were talking, Bella was sitting there and I was drawing. My chin rested on my arm.
Bella asked, “Who are they?”
Jessica and Angela turned to look then they looked at us.
“The Cullen’s. Doctor and Mrs. Cullen’s foster kids. They just moved here from Alaska two years ago.”
“They kinda keep to themselves” said Angela.
“Because, they’re all together. Like together together. The blonde girl, Rosalie and the big dark haired guy Emmett, they’re a thing. I’m not even sure that’s legal”
“Jess, they’re not actually related”
“But they live together, it’s weird. OKay, the little dark haired one is Alice-she’s really weird and she’s with Jasper, the blonde who looks like he’s in pain. Dr. Cullen’s like this foster dad slash matchmaker”
“Maybe he’ll adopt me” joked Angela.
I asked, “Who are they?”
I looked and saw two boys. The slightly shorter one for some reason I couldn’t take my eyes away from. His dirty blonde hair, light eyes, he was really handsome. My eyes widened some.
“That’s Edward Cullen and Jack Dawson-Cullen. They are totally gorgeous obviously but don’t waste your times. None of the girls here are good enough for them. Like I care, ya know?”
Sounds like someone got rejected once or twice. I noticed Bella looked back at the boy Edward. I looked back at the boy Jack. I wanted another look at him.
Something about him was captivating. I clutched my pencil tightly. Suddenly, his eyes flickered to mine. I quickly looked away. A cute boy actually looked at me.
I managed to control my blushing as I looked back again. He was still staring but a very small smile appeared on his face when he caught my eye.
Jessica said, “But seriously, don’t waste your times”
“Wasn’t planning on it.”
She and I looked at each other. I glanced back again as I twisted my pencil between my fingers.
He was talking with his siblings. They were all inhumanly beautiful.
He looked back over. This time, I couldn’t help but blush. I saw a small smirk appear.
I could tell there was something odd with the Cullen’s, I just couldn’t place it.
