Keith's POV

I wake up the next morning and see texts and missed calls from Lance.

Lance- babe please answer me I want to make sure you're ok.

I put my phone in my pocket and go down stairs to see Adam and shiro drinking coffee. "You have to go to school today you've missed a lot." Shiro says and I just give a thumbs up and go upstairs and get ready then grab my backpack and start walking to school. "Keith wait up! Talk to me please!" I hear Lance yell from behind and I just continue to walk and he runs up next to me but I just stay quiet. "Are we over with?" He says worried and upset. "I dont want to talk about it." He stands in front of me. "Keith please dont break up with me I really love you I cant think of a life without you....." I look up at him then just walk past him and walk into school and we part ways I go to my locker and a jock walks over and leans on the locker next to mine. "Hi I'm Kevin you're a tranny right?" I roll my eyes and grab my books and close my locker and go to walk away but he puts a hand on my shoulder. "I was talking to you!" I turn around. "Just leave me alone before I break your arm." He breathes a laugh. "Try me bitch you're still a girl as if you could hurt me." I drop my stuff and punch him and he falls back a little. "You little!" He picks me up by the collar and pushes me up against a locker. I kick him in the gut and he punches my face and I hear a crack its probably my nose breaking. People start surrounding us and chanting I punch him again and he drops me and I wipe my nose that is gushing blood. He punches me again and I break his arm over my knee and he screams like a little girl. "Who's the girl now punk!?" Teachers start running over and they pull me away from him and they take him to the nurses office and I have to go see the principal. "What the hell Keith!?" I hear someone yell and I turn to see Lance and I just get dragged to the principals office. "Why did you pick a fight with Kevin?" I laugh "I didnt pick a fight I just finished it!" He motions me to sit down and I do. "Do you know the consequences for your actions that you've pulled today?" I shake my head "you broke his arm so I'm going to have to expel you." "Je broke my fucking nose first was I supposed to just stand there like a punching bag!! He started the fucking fight so shouldn't he be the one expelled I only defended myself!!!" He rubs his temple's. "No cussing. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go call your parents." I sit there and laugh as he leaves to make the call I just walk out and go into the nurses office. "Well if I'm gonna be expelled I might as well make it worth it!" I go over to Kevin and punch him breaking his nose then I feel someone pulling me away from him while the nurse holds Kevin I look to see its Lance. "Keith you need to calm down." "Dont you mean Kyla she's a girl and always will be!" Kevin yells and I try to go over to fight him but Lance pulls me into the main office. "Mind your own God damn business would you that kid got me fucking expelled!!" He stares at me wide eyed. Shiro and Adam walk in with a disappointed look on their faces and they walk over to me. "Keith why'd you fight the kid?" Adam asks kindly I push past them and go outside And they follow me. "Keith we need to find you a new school." I cross my arms. "Send me to the school on the bad side of town for all I care I can handle it." "We might have to." Shrio says and I nod. "Look I'm gonna go visit my dad I'll be home later." They look at me confused. "Your father?" They both say. "Yeah he found me." I just walk away and go to the hospital and go to my dads room. "Keith hi." I sit on the end of his bed. "Shouldnt you be in school?" I shake my head "I just got expelled." He comes and sits next to me and runs my back. "How'd you get expelled?" "This jock asked if I was a tranny so I tried to walk away but he stopped me and said some stuff about me being a girl so I said I'd break his arm and then stuff happened and I punched him he broke my nose I broke his arm over my knee and broke his nose and next this you know I'm expelled." He looks down. "I'm gonna have to go to the school on the bad side of town but oh well I'm used to going to bad schools." He nods. "Everything will turn out in the end. So how's you and your boyfriend?" I look down. "I dont know I mean he says he loves me and I love him but how do I know he's truly in love with me and cares about me.... I'm just so used to getting hurt I'm pretty much just hurting myself right now..." "has he been with you through everything with your mother and your new family?" I nod "that has to have some meaning like if he didnt love you why would he stick with you and care for you. From what I saw yesterday he was worried sick about you and that to me is true love so I think you should stick with this kid."
