Chapter 11

Maya:
After Topanga and Cory left we started talking about what to do. So what do we do now now Lucas asked.

Well we have to get some work done so how about we put a movie on Sarah Said. Sure but can you guys focus with the movie on Riley asked.

Yeah if we can't will just go into the kitchen if we have to I said laughing. Ok what movie you guys want Riley asked the boys. You can pick the boys said.

All us girls look at each other and said mean girls. Of course you guys pick that one Jake said laughing. What we like that movie Sarah said laughing.

Before we put it on Auggie started fussing. Hey you're ok Auggie wanna go to bed Riley asked rubbing his back. He nodded his head yes. Ok let's get you back in bed then Riley said and went to go put him in bed.

She came back and sat back down. Can we put the movie on now Lucas asked with the remote. Yeah hit play Riley said. As the movie was played me, Sarah, Jake and Peyton started doing some work quietly.

We didn't have to do that much and we're done about half way through the movie. We put our computers away and me a Jake started cuddling.

I was all comfy and Auggie started yelling for his sister. Auggie wants you I said to Riley. I know I heard she said getting up and going to his room.

Lucas paused the movie till she comes back I said. Ok he said and paused it. After about three minutes she yelled for me to come help her.

And now she wants you Sarah said laughing. Ok I'm coming I yelled running to Auggies room.

Yeah what do you need Riley oh I said when I saw Auggie and throw up all over him and his bed. Oh what happened here Auggie I said feeling bad for the kid.

I sick is all he said looking sad. Hey it's ok buddy it happens to everyone I said. So what do I need to help with I asked.

Well one of us needs to give him a bath to get the puke off and the other needs to change his bed Riley said. Ok what do you want me to help with I asked.

I was thinking we let Auggie pick since he is the sick one Riley said. Ok fine with me I said. Hey Auggie who do you want to give you a bath me or maya Riley asked Auggie.

He thought about it for a minute and pointed at me. Ok me it is I'll go run it I said getting up and going to the bathroom. I turned the water on and made it warm so it's comfortable and added so bubbles to make him happy.

Once it had enough water I turned it off and walked back to Auggie's room ok Auggie lets get you cleaned up shall we I Said picking him up not caring he was covered in puke.

Here's a onesie Riley said giving me one thanks I Said and took him to the bathroom. Once we got back to the bathroom I placed him on the counter. Let's get you out of these dirty clothes hey I said taking off his old onesie.

Once he was naked I sat him in the bathtub and washed him off. I got all the puke off and he was starting to get sleepy. Ok I think we're done hey I said and picked him up out of the bathtub. I wrapped him in a towel and dried him off.

I got him dressed in his clean onesie and took him back to his room to find a nice clean bed. You want me to hold you till you fall asleep I asked him quietly seeing he's close.

He nodded his head yes. Ok I said getting in his bed and letting him snuggle himself into me until he was fast asleep. I stayed there for a little longer to make sure he was asleep.

And when I thought it was long enough I gently pulled him off me and on to a pillow. I pulled the blanket over him and quietly walked out. I walked back out to the living room and Riley looked up.

Hey did you get him back to sleep Riley asked. Yeah he's sound asleep now I said. You're all wet now Sarah said laughing. What it's not easy bathing a sick child when you need to pick him up from the bathtub when he's all wet maya said.

Come on let's get you a change of clothes Riley said dragging me to her room. The only thing I have clean that would fit you is my leggings and this t-shirt with you on it funny enough Riley said laughing.

Hey when you said you were a fan you weren't kidding I said laughing. I'll leave you to change she said and walked out. I quickly changed and walked out putting my dirty clothes in the hamper and walked back to the living room.

I walked back into the living room and sat back in Jakes lap. Is that you on a t-shirt Lucas asked. Yep I said laughing. Let's finish the movie now Riley said and hit play.

The minute it was done Cory and Topanga walk through the door. Cory had a big smile on his face while Topanga looked like she was bored out of her mind.

Hey guys anything happen when we were gone Topanga asked. Auggie threw up all over himself and his bed Riley said. Did you at least clean it up Topanga asked yeah maya helped me Riley said. Thanks maya Topanga said to me. No problem I said.

Is he asleep now Topanga asked. Yeah I gave him a bath and put him to sleep he's currently out cold I said. Well thanks for taking care of him all of you Topanga said.

Auggie is fast asleep cuddling a pillow and his teddy. Did you do that Topanga asked. Yeah he fell asleep on me so I put him on a pillow and put his teddy Bear near him I said.

Why are you in a different outfit Cory asked me. Auggie was sick on himself and his bed Riley said. And she asked me to help her give him a bath while she Changed his bed I said. So you got wet from giving him a bath Cory asked.

Yeah that's why I had to change I didn't wanna stink I said.  Ok and why is you face on the t-shirt your wearing Cory asked.
