Maya's secret life

Chapter 42

Maya:
After we all finished eating and talking about what we were going to do today. I went back to my room. As soon as I got to my room I went straight into my bed. The minute I laid my head on my pillow I'm pretty sure I fell asleep.

Riley:
After we finish talking about what we were gonna do for the day Maya went to her room. Me ,Sarah, the boys and mom, dad and Auggie decided to watch a movie for a while until we start getting ready for the day.

We decided thAt we were gonna watch the movie clueless. Once the movie was over it was almost lunch time. We decided it was time to start waking up Maya.

All of us got up and walked to Maya's room. Sarah opened the door and we all walked in to see Maya fast asleep in her bed with one leg hanging of the side. Is she asleep Zay asked. Let's find out Sarah said.

What are you gonna do I asked. I'm gonna lift her hand and let it go so it hits her Sarah said. If she doesn't move she is asleep I asked her. Yeah she said. And if she does that means she's awake Lucas asked.

Pretty much said Sarah. She grabbed Maya's hand gently trying not to wake her, and lifted it up a little bit ,then let it go. As soon as she let go Maya's hand it came straight back down hitting her face.

Maya didn't even move a muscle . She is definitely asleep Lucas said. Yeah she must be really asleep if she didn't move from that Sarah said. What do you mean Zay asked.

She normally move I little bit when I do that even when she is past out Sarah said. So what do we do now Farkle asked. What if we try shaking her mom said.

That might work I said. Mom went and sat on the bed and gently started shaking Maya. When she doesn't move we decided to let Auggie jump on her. Because he has been asking for the last Five minutes if he can.

Dad picked him up and put him on the bed. He stood up and started jumping on the bed and her. A couple minutes later maya groan a little bit and rolled over.

A little bit later she groaned again saying stop. Ok mister I think we can take it from here I said grabbing Auggie off maya. Sarah went over to maya and got her to wake up properly.
About a minute later maya sat up a bit.

You're finally awake Lucas said. You do realise she's still half asleep and isn't going to answer you yet right I said. I do now he said. We should probably start getting ready for the day if you guys want to go shopping mom said.
