Maya's secret life

Chapter 38

Maya:
Once we decided on what movie we were watching we all got comfy on the couch and on the floor. And it started. About halfway through the movie I started to feel really sleepy so I laid my head on Sarah's shoulder. I am pretty sure I fell asleep a couple minutes later. Because a little while later I was being woken up again.

Riley:
We were all watching the movie and all of a sudden I see maya starting to yawn. And laying her head on Sarah's shoulder. I didn't think much of it because I thought she was just getting comfy.

Once the movie is finished we all started to talk until mom told us to be quiet for a minute. Why do you want us to be quite I asked. Why don't you look next to you dad said.

I turned my head around and see that Maya and Sarah was asleep. How do they do that every time Lucas said. Do what I said. Fall asleep without any of us noticing Zay said.

It's probably because we get distracted by whatever we are doing dad said. What are we gonna do now Farkle said. How about we start with waking them up mom said. I would wake up Sarah first I said.

Why dad asked. Because she is easy to wake up I said. Mom walked over to Sarah and shook her a little bit and she woke up almost instantly.

What happened she said half asleep. You fell asleep I said. Oh is maya asleep she asked. Yeah that's why we woke you up so you could wake her up mom said. I got this hand me my phone for a second Sarah said.

Why Lucas said. Because there is one way to wake her up easily Sarah said. How Zay said. This she said and put on some Beatles music.
A couple minutes later maya was awake. How did that work dad said confused.

Well you see maya here loves the Beatles. And it's what mom use-to use to wake us up when we were little. So now if we don't wake up or need to wake up quickly we use that Sarah said.

Dose it work every time Farkle asked. Only when we are asleep it doesn't work when we are in a deep sleep because we can't hear it.

I think she fell asleep again I said pointing to maya. I think she is awake just doesn't want to move or open her eyes Sarah said. Maya are you awake I said. I saw her nod a little bit. Yeah she is awake Sarah said.
