Chapter 27

Riley:
Four movies later and it's now lunch time. I look over to maya and Sarah to see Sarah fell asleep while holding Maya as she is also asleep.
Mom decided to go make lunch and bring it in.

Twenty minutes later mom came back in with sandwiches for us and some soup for maya if she wakes up. As we were eating we hear two people groan. We look over at maya and Sarah to see they are both waking up.

Nice to see you two awake mom said. You feeling any better maya dad asked. Maya shook her head yes because she's not ready to talk yet.

Do you guys want some food mom asked them. They both shook their heads yes. Mom gave maya soup and Sarah a sandwich.

After we all finished eating the boys we arguing over what game they're going to play. Me, Sarah, Maya and mom started laughing.

What do you guys want to do seeing as the boys are probably going to hog the big screen mom asked. Well I'm pretty sure maya is going to go back to sleep right Maya Sarah said.

Maya just shook her head yes. I'm probably gonna play my laptop Sarah said. I'm probably going to read a book on my phone I said. Ok me your dad and Auggie are gonna watch a movie on my laptop mom said.

Are you feeling any better maya I asked. Yeah a little bit,I still feel really sick though maya said quietly. How do you feel sick Sarah asked. My nose is blocked, my throat and head hurts and I'm tired Maya said.

Dose your throat hurt because you have to breath through your mouth Sarah asked. I think so maya said yawning. Why don't you go back to sleep for a while I said.

She shook her head yes and just like that was asleep.
