Chapter 22

Riley:
After Sarah said maya was asleep on her shoulder. Mom said dinner is almost ready. Is she really asleep or is she just faking dad said. How about you asked her Sarah said.

Maya are you awake dad said. When maya didn't move dad said ok she is definitely not faking. A few minutes later Zay decided to poke Maya. I wouldn't do that if I was you Sarah said.

Why Zay said. Do you not remember last time you poke her when she wasn't feeling well Lucas said. What happened Sarah asked. Well after maya woke up from Zay poking her. she hit his hand hard I said. That's what you get when you poke her when she's sick Sarah said.

I'm still going to poke her Zay said. Why dad asked. I want to see what will happen Zay said. Just let him do it. It's going to be funny Sarah said. What do you mean by funny Farkle asked. She is probably going to hit him so hard that he  acts like a big baby Sarah said. She needs to wake up anyway way mom said. Why I said. Dinner is ready and she needs to take some medicine mom said.

A few minutes later maya started moving. I would move out of the way so no one else gets hit Sarah said. Why dad said. Just watch Sarah said. Just as Zay tried to poke her again. Maya caught his finger just before he touched her.

Move the finger or you lose the finger maya said. And if I don't Zay said. Maya started bending his finger back until he moved his finger away. Ow why did that hurt so much zay said whining. That's what you get for poking her mom said.

How did she do that without opening her eyes dad said. I may have helped her a little bit Sarah said. What do you mean you helped her dad asked. She told me where to grab his finger maya said. How did she tell you we didn't hear it Lucas said. I told her without talking out loud Sarah said.

What do you mean Farkle said. Ever heard of twin telepathy maya said. Yeah why dad said. That's how I told her Sarah said. Wait that's real I said. It is for us we don't know about other people though maya said.

Dinner is ready mom said. A few minutes later we were finished with dinner. Maya and Sarah decided to go take a shower and get ready for bed.

They came back in the living room wearing sweats and glasses. Maya looked like she was feeling better.
