New town ~ chapter 18

I got off the train. I was looking for my dad. He was tall, he had brown dark hair, he was a bit overweight but no one cared about that. I saw him. He looked annoyed, bored, and angry. My heart started to beat very quickly and I was sure I'll die because of a heart attack. I had a bit of trouble finding my suit cases but when that was done I felt I was out of the film. Everything was just so films style and I didn't like it at all. ''Hello'' I said to him ''hello Allison'' he said in his low voice. He sounded like he was over eighty years old not just a few years past forty. ''I don't know if your mother has told you but I currently have a girlfriend named Alicia and she has a son. Be nice to her and him. Okay?'' I heard a bit of threatening sound in his voice ''as long as they are nice to me I don't see a problem'' I simply said and waited that they come back. I first saw her. She was tall, not taller that my dad but still she could work as a model. She was wearing jeans and a t shirt. Her long red hair was in a messy pony tail. Then I saw him. He was looking like all those stupid rich brats. I knew my dad had a lot of money because he had a medium big business.  They boy had black hair, definitely dyed this way. They were messy with a lot of gel. He reminded me of someone. ''Alison, this is my girlfriend Alicia and her son Nathan, but you can call him Nate'' I shake hands with Alicia and Nate just said a simple "hi" and that was it. ''Let's go'' my dad said and we were on our way. My dad lived in South Sure it is a small city in Blackpool. In the car no one even tried to talk with me. They were all making stupid plans for things I didn't care. I just knew this is going to be torture and that I'm going to die from being so bored. I took my phone and tweeted "having some time off. Perhaps this is just what I need : ) xx" then I decided to text Harry and Liam ''hai Haz. How are you? Having any signal in the air? Xx'' I didn't know what to text to Liam so I didn't text anything. Danielle, Dina and Eleanor said that I can call or text at any time. I will definitely do that.  The drive was only 10 minutes long when my dad pulled over a really huge house for this street. ''Nate will show you around'' my dad said. I took all of my suit cases and followed Nate ''kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining room'' he said pointing to the rooms. I haven't even had the time to look at them because he was moving so quickly. He stopped in front of my room. ''This is your room. Enjoy'' then he left. Just like that ''what a brat'' I mumbled to myself and entered the room. It was a very simple room comparing the rest of the house.  I started to unpack. Cloths in the drawer, some pictures on the desk, shoes by the bed, I pad on the desk, the chargers in the drawer under the desk. I quickly made myself feel a lot like home. I put a poster of the boys beside my bed just to have someone to talk to if I'm really feeling down and alone. ''Allison, lunch time'' my dad called me. I sighed and left my room. ''Dad, where's the dining room?'' I asked ''don't be stupid Allison. Nate showed you around. Come. We are waiting for you'' he said in an angry voice. Luckily I found it in my first try. My dad always got angry really fast and that's the main thing I didn't like about him. I sat down and waited ''I hope you like rice Allison'' Alicia said smiling ''rice is fine'' I said smiling. We ate in silence. After we were finished my dad wanted to talk to all of us ''as you know Allison will be staying with us until July because the court said she needs to spend more time with me. We have a few simple rules here Allison, if you go out leave a note, be back before midnight or you'll be locked out. You need to help with the chorus and make a few adjustments. That's pretty much all of the things I wanted to tell you. Ow and one last thing is there some food you dislike?'' he asked bored ''I dislike sea food and pizza. That's all'' I said. I saw Nate rolling his green eyes. ''Okay. I think I'll go around the town to see if I can find myself a summer job'' I said ''that is a great idea Allison'' my dad said and left the table ''do you want Nate to go with you?'' Alicia asked ''no, it's not necessary. I need some time to think'' I said ''okay. If you get lost, call your dad'' she said and left the room ''I knew you are a spoiled bitch the minute I saw you'' Nate attacked me outta the blue ''excuse me Nate?'' I said ''I know you are with Harry for fame. Just get out of my site'' he said angrily. I was shocked. Why did he attack me like that? I didn't even speak a sentence with him and he was already a mean ass. I ignored his hate like I did on Twitter. It won't get to me again. I hold back the memories about what happened a year ago. It was the past. I don't need to re live it. Well do I? I grabbed my phone and said good bay to everyone. The town was very cute and I loved that it still had a bit of historical touch. I didn't know where I want to work, what I want to do. I saw a cute café with a sign "looking for new employers" I decided I'll try here first. I stepped in and the café looked so simple and elegant at the same time. The floor is made from wood, the chairs are in light wood colour and everything looks like those pubs from history. ''Good afternoon'' a woman in her 30 said to me ''good afternoon'' I said back. She had short brown hair, she didn't wear any make up and to be honest she didn't need it, she wasn't skinny but at the same time not really overweight. ''Can I help you?'' she said after I just stood there and didn't order anything, "Actually I'm here for the job" I said smiling "let me bring you the papers. Would you like anything to drink?'' she asked ''coca cola, please'' I said and sat down. She put a list of paper in front of me. ''Fill this in and if the owner likes you, we'll give you a call'' she said and brought me the coca cola too. I read the question. ''First name, last name, age, date of birth, phone number, address, is this a summer job or a regular one? Have you got any criminal record…'' and so on.  I took a pen and filed out the form. ''I'm all done'' I said, she took the paper and smiled at me ''you're the only one who applied for the job so you'll probably get it's he added before leaving. I drank my coca cola, paid and the decided that I'll look more around the town. I found a library, grocery store, bookstore, shops with souvenirs and a small motel. It was getting pretty dark so I turned around and slowly walked to my dad's place. It's probably best that I call it home.
