Now that my new schedule was all sorted out, I had told Dumbledore about who I wanted to be with me on what days, and he said that my choices worked out perfectly. It was Monday morning, the time was 7:35, I was dressed in a green and black plaid skirt, long sleeve white crop top, a watch, knee high black boot, and a black choker. (Outfit Above)
Feeling confident with my brunette locks curled, and my crystal blue eyes sparkling, I strode with confidence into the Great Hall for breakfast. I was walking when a pair of arms grabbed each of my arms and hoisted me into the hair, sliding my arms around each of the two ginger haired boys' shoulders. One arm from each of them holding my waist so I didn't fall, and the other arm from each boy holding onto my legs, holding them together so the whole school didn't see my lacy black underwear. I giggled as the Weasley twins carried me further into the Great Hall stopping at the Slytherin table, and setting me down.
They began announcing "All hail, Y/n Riddle, Princess of Slytherin!" The two boys said loudly in unison, drawing lots of looks and laughs from kids at all of the tables, but especially Slytherin. The older kids seemed very amused that a first year was being carried around by a pair of upperclassmen. (I don't remember what year they are in The Philosopher's Stone) I smacked their chests.
"What was that for!" I asked, laughing as I could feel the eyes of the entire Great Hall on the three of us.
Fred looked at George. "Why, brother, I don't think the princess appreciates our flattery!" He said in a mock hurt tone.
"Right you are brother! We must try harder next time!" George retorted, in the same tone. The pair grinned at me and bowed teasingly. I curtsied in response, smirking at the two boys. They were laughing as they walked towards the Gryffindor table. I turned around to see the entire Slytherin table staring at me.
I raised a perfect eyebrow. "What?" I asked. The only response I got was people averting their eyes, and going back to eating their food. I sat down across from Ariana and Caitlyn, as I didn't see Draco anywhere.
The twins looked up from their food to give me identical looks of amusement. "Why, good morning, Princess Y/n, how may we serve you today?" Ariana gushed, furthering the moment. I didn't reply, I only laughed. Breakfast was f/bf (favorite breakfast food) along with whatever we wanted to drink. I just got a glass of water and ate my food happily. Once I was done eating, it was 7:50, okay, so I have about an hour until I have to go to class. I think I'll explore for an hour.
~Time skip to Potions because no one likes Professor dead guy~
History Of Magic was boring, as usual. As I packed up my stuff, Draco stood near my desk, waiting for me. Once I had gathered my stuff, I stood up, and together we walked to the Lower West Wing of the school that held the potions lab. We walked in to see Professor Snape standing at his podium in the front of the classroom going over his notes. I slid into the seat that Draco and I shared, opened up my notebook, got out a quill and bottle of ink, and started reading my notes from before break, reminding my self of everything we learned last term. I heard the room fill up with restless First Years. When Snape started talking I turned my attention away from my notebook to the monotoned Professor.
"Turn to page 392 in your textbooks, today we will be learning to brew the Draught Of Peace, now can anyone tell me what this potion does?" Snape asked, several hands went up, mine included. "Ms.Riddle?"
"Like it's name suggests, the Draught Of Peace calms and relieves anxiety and agitation of it's drinker." I said, confidently.
"That is correct, Ms.Riddle, 5 points to Slytherin." Snape said, voice void of any emotion. Snape continued droning on about the potion and it's ingredients. Eventually he instructed us to gather the ingredients, and pull out our Cauldrons from our cabinets. We did as instructed, I sent Draco to get the powdered moonstone, unicorn horns, and porcupine quills, while I got our cauldrons.
