Episode 23 : Feud at First Sight

Rohan was looking at Siyali's direction.

I - Bro, Siyali ko dekh raha hai?

Ro (back to senses) - Haan? (Confused) Haan ussi ko dekh raha tah.

Ishaan sensed as though it was lie and tries to figure out where exactly was Rohan seeing or who exactly he has seeing.

They finally reach the location. It was a grand place. The location for Karishma was set up near a resort. The resort was booked for this purpose and allocated in such a way that each school got a separate block. There were 15 - 18 blocks around the place. Stalls were set up temporarily. But the main attraction was the party hall which was used as the auditorium. The Cafeteria was inside a huge hall with a lot of tables and a big line of food items kept in the buffet.

Adi - You guys have your dinner now. Tum logon ka luggage room tak pohanch jayega.

They reach the cafeteria. All other 11 schools were already there. As they reached that day, they were still in their uniforms and it was easy to identify the schools accordingly.

All the warriors walk towards the tables reserved for them as Deepa ma'am had instructed that they sit together for dinner to avoid any conflicts.

As they walk, Vidyut dashes into a girl.

Girl - Ouch

Vd - Sorry

Boy - Aate aate hi ladkiyon pe zor apnane lage?.

A group of students wearing the same uniform are seen sitting together. The guy who told gets up in a filmy way. The others get up from their tables and stand opposite to the warriors. All the old students of Warrior High stare at the other group.

Ro - Har saal harne ke baad bhi tum logon ki yeh attitude nahi jaati hai na?

The boys of the other group come to a fight. The boy who seems to be their leader stops them.

Boy - Har saal ki baath alag hai. Aur iss saal ki baath alag hai. Dekhte hai! Iss saal Karishma Koi choti moti competition nahi. It'll be us who win the trophy.

S (sarcastic) - Oh ya! They win every Karishma right?

Sid turns towards the warriors who laugh

S (mocking) - Bhool gaya toh yaad dila doon. Pechla Karishma bhi humne hi jeeta tha. (Hifi's to Vidyut)

Girl - Woh toh tum logon ke seniors thae. Just because your seniors won our Seniors doesn't mean you'll win us.

K - Like really? You guys think you can actually win over us! In your dreams

The feud gets more severe and severe.

DMaam (shouts) - Stop it! Yeh kya ho raha hai yahan? Apne apne jagah pe jaayiye. Aur tum log (looks at warriors) Come with me.

They go to their table. It was a huge table allowing the whole gang to sit around it. Few minutes later, They are seen having their plates and angrily looking at their food.

S - Xavier High from Kolkata. (Glare) Every year we meet in competitions aur ladaai ho jaati hai.

K - Because they're such big losers.

Ro - They don't stand a chance against us. Har saal yahi baath yahi jhagda.

Vi - (playing with a spoon on noodles in her hand) I guess you're forgetting something. Never underestimate your opponent.

Adi - Well said Vi.

T - But sir, They always lose. Patha nahi when was the last time they ever won?

Vd - I think. It was Karishma!

Everybody looks at Vidyut shocked.

Vd - Pichle Karishma mein they were runners up. And Warrior High was the winner.

I - Ek baar jeetne ke paas aaye toh aisa nahi hai ki iss baar jeet jayenge.

L - Humare seniors jeet sakte tho hum bhi jeet sakte hain.

Vi - Exactly! Par bathana padhega na. Our seniors 5 years ago rocked. Unhon ne aisa final performance dhey diya that all others dekhte dekhte reh gaye.

Aditya Sir smiles.

DMaam - Aditya. 5 saal pehle toh, aapki batch thi na?

Everyone looks at Aditya sir excited.

Adi - Yes ma'am.

L - Lo. Apne Adi sir ka batch? Yeh log win karsakte toh hum nahi?

Adi - Lucky. Humari jeet itni aasan nahi thi. There is a reason that this is the biggest fest in India. Har competition mein sirf talent ko nahi, bohat kuch aur bhi dekhte hain. 5 days itne saarey competition, bohat stress aur bohat saarey conflicts. The reason we won was because of one girl. Jasmine. Humare group mein ek ladki ne hum sab ko baandh ke rakha tha. She motivated us. She was our tie. Aise competition mein apni unity ko baandh ke rakhna bohath zaroori hai. We learnt an important lesson in our time here. It's not important just to defeat your opponent. It's more important to earn their respect. Kya Kar pa'enge tum log?

All of them have big smiles on their face. What aditya sir made a lot of sense. But earning respect from your enemy was a very difficult task to accomplish.

Vi (smiles) - Of course sir. Why not? All we have to do is

1. Not fight

2. Don't create tamaashas

3. Everyday practice

Everyone had their eye balls widened hearing Vidurshi give a big list of Do's and Don't.

Adi - Woov wov. Vidurshi, Tumne toh sab ko dara diya. (Laughs)

Vidurshi giggles.

Adi - Anyways. Remember you guys have to practice for the final performance. We have studio for that. Kal subah theek 6 baje, all of you have to assemble there. And.. One important thing. Patha nahi, Main aa pa'onga ya nahi. So i want one of you to have the pendrive of our rehearsals. Usse use karke hi dance karenge. There is also a projector in that studio. So you guys can keep track of the steps from our rehearsal video. So who'll have the pen drive?

DMaam - Give it some responsible student. Ghum hogaya toh problem ho jayegi. Siyali? Tum rakhlo. And bring it to practice all the time.

Si - Yes ma'am
