Episode 80 : Promise the Moon

Sid knocks his way into Anwesha ma'ams room.

AMaam - Come in Sid. Beitho. I heard Jaz ne tumhe lead role di. That's nice. Im sure it must be because you're very talented. Sid, Maine aur saarey teachers ne yeh decide kiya hai ki agar tum yeh drama successful hone mein help karoge, toh yeh head boy badge tumhe wapas mil jaayega. I hope you'll make me proud.

S - I promise.

Sid was shocked with this new revelation. He had come to ask her to remove his name from the list but what just happened? Now he can't back out. He nodded his head and got up to leave.

AMaam - Sid? Did you have anything to tell?

S - No ma'am.

He left her room with no other option but to take part in the play doing the lead role with the girl he once loved and now hated.

The practice session started. 2 weeks to go for the play. Jasmine and Aditya sir take the lead and teach them the steps for the first scene. The practice session goes in full course. Next day, Sid and Siyali are seen facing each other and talking while Jasmine had her hand on her head. All students were seen sitting in the dance room. Some yawning, some looking at time and some frustrated.

L - Aur kitni der? Same dialogue! Kaan se khoon aa jayega.

Jaz - Guys! Guys! Kya kar rahe ho? Sid, Ek line. Just ek bolna tah tumhe. Thode pyaar se bolo. Uske haath pakadna hai. Why is it so difficult? You're flirting with a girl. Usual flirting toh kar lete ho. Wahi karo. And Siyali. Sid tumse flirt kar raha hai. Smile karo. Blush karo. Kuch romantic toh karo.

S - Yeh saddu amma se kuch nahi hoga.

Si (angry) - Stop calling me saddu amma.

S - Joh tum ho wahi bolunga na?

Si (angry) - Dekho.

Suddenly they hear somebody laughing so hard. All students turn and see that it was none other than Aditya sir.

Jaz (confused) - Al why you laughing?

Adi (laughing) - Woh kya kehte hain? Laughter therapy. Jab bhi gussa aata hai hass lo.. (Funny tone) Yeh kya hai yaar? Do ghante se ek hi dialogue baar baar baar baar. Aaj ke liye enough. Mujhse nahi ho raha hai.

L (funny tone) - Hum se bhi sir.

Jaz - Both of you! Go to a separate corner and keep practicing. (To others) Next scene.

Sid and Siyali go to a corner and try acting out the scene while Aditya sir teaches the others the next scene. Later, when all are practicing, Jasmine and Aditya sir are seen standing along with Vidurshi seeing Sid and Siyali practice.

Adi - You know what? Inke chakkar mein humne apne play ka khabar khodli.

Vi - Ha ha.

Adi (tired) - Vidurshi, Hass kyun rahi yo yaar?

Jaz - Just chill Al, Sab kuch theek ho jaye ga.

On the other hand,

Si - Tumhe ek line theek se bolna nahi aata hai?

S - Tumhe theek se smile karna bhi nahi aata hai

Si - Ye lo kiya!

Siyali does a very fake smile seeing which Aditya sir, Vidurshi and Jasmine widen their eyes figuring out what will happen next.
