My Terror Twin And I

A real family

Ben, Charley and I drove to a fairground, thankfully it was open until midnight and it was only seven.

Charley, Ben and I sang loudly along to kind for a day. I smiled at the memories and I'm guessing ben remembered too because he held my hand tight.

Sleeping with sirens and pierce the veil were Charley's favourite band. She sang along to every word happily.

Charley had no idea where we were going, so the look on her face when we pulled up to the fair was priceless.

She was a little dare devil and basically begged to go on the biggest rides. Luckily she was always a centimetre taller than the height restrictions.

Ben carried charley on his shoulders and he held my hand proudly.

Charley whispered something to ben with a smile

"Soon sweetie, very soon" he giggled

"DADDY WIN ME A BEAR" charley yelled, pointing to a game stand

Ben agreed and paid the man. He had to fill up the clowns mouth with water which filled up the balloon he had for a nose, it was a race so ben and I raced eachother

Bens nose popped first so he won, he beat everyone. Ben picked up charley and cheered, shaking her like a trophy

Charley happily picked out a large brown bear and named him Kellin, after Kellin Quinn.

The park was closing soon and Charley demanded we go on the Ferris wheel.

I agreed, remembering all the fun times back in England with the boys at the fair. Charley was seated obediently next to ben, and I was next to ben.

Charley whispered something in her fathers eat and he nodded. Charley's face lit up as she giggled.

We reached the top when ben waved his hand and it stopped moving. It wasn't one that was meant to stop moving at the top.

Charley giggled as ben held my hands in his and looked deeply into my eyes.

"Scarlett Harper, I love you. I always have. Being with you again has given my life meaning. Meeting our gorgeous daughter has made me the happiest man alive. So Scarlett, will you do me the honours of being my girlfriend again? I know it's not as romantic as a McDonalds playground" he winked

"But I love you so please say yes?" He continued

Hope filled his, and Charley's eyes.

"Yes ben!!" I grinned, tears streaming down my face.

Ben and charley hugged me tightly

"Darling, please come on warped tour with me? I've got my own bus finally so it'll be like our family's moving home, plus charley can meet sleeping with sirens and pierce the veil" ben gave me puppy dog eyes.

"Please mummy!!" Pleaded charley

"OF COURSE" I basically screamed.

"My perfect girlfriend and my perfect family, this is the fucking life " was the caption

Ben signalled the guy to let us down.

It was like a dream come true.
