PERSONALITY Carlos is sassy, over dramatic, and all things flamboyant. It's as if you gave a peacock a human body and asked it to go around flaunting it's feathers. Carlos can slide his way into any conversation, and often flirts with others no matter their gender. 'Sweetheart' and 'honey' are common pet names for his friends, and if you ever need a loud, extra drama queen, you can hit him up. He is the type of person you would think is gay at first glance, but it turns out he is as straight as the pole he danced on last night— who knows if he was exaggerating or if that was the truth. However, though Carlos himself is by nature a flamboyant and dramatic person, it doesn't mean he can't be evil. As the son of Tia Dalma the soothsayer, also known as the sea goddess Calypso, Carlos likes to cause trouble among his peers by spreading mean bits of gossip and manipulating news he shares to drive wedges in between others. He also enjoys using some weak minded individuals to do things for him from time to time for his own personal gain. Carlos calls this fair game, and has a connection with nearly everyone on the Forbidden Isles. He plans to make one with everyone at Alixey when he gets there so he can cause insurmountable chaos at such a volatile school already.
POWERS Carlos has inherited some of the powers of his mother, including the ability to create zombies, though this was tiring and he has still not mastered it to the extent of his mother. He can look into someone's eyes and see a brief glimpse of their past or future, and when he is mad, it can start raining. But he doesn't get mad very often, though.
BACKGROUND Calypso was never released from her human form, and instead was relocated to the Forbidden Isles. Thus, Carlos grew up in the household of a more serious, Davy Jones-hating momma bear. When his mom was in a good mood, he often went along with her happily, and that is how he inherited her flirty playfulness. But he also grew up in an intense hate for the lover who betrayed her, and often curses with Davy Jones's name when he is mad. But, he has the patience of a calm sea, and the dynamic personality changes of the sea goddess Calypso herself.

LIKES -Purple : This boy adores purple. He often wears purple just because he loves the look of it on him, and it reminds him of the night sky where the stars are. And the hot aliens. -Cats and dogs : If Carlos is about to curse someone out for their choice of clothing, he will immediately stop if he sees a dog or cat in the vicinity and doesn't want to damage their precious ears. He sees them as fluffy little balls of fluff and treats them equally, if not superior, to other humans. -Conversations : Carlos revels in playful banter, and often spices up a conversation with gossip and flirting. He can't stand a dull talk, which is why he makes himself a lot to talk about. -Parties : As much as any other teenager, Carlos loves getting hammered and possibly ending up in bed with someone the next morning and having no memory of what happened. He finds it all fun and sees nothing wrong with it. He even plans on hosting a couple of his own when he gets to Alixey Academy.
DISLIKES -Sailors : Growing up with a sea goddess as his mother, you'd expect him to love the ocean. On the contrary, he hates the sailors or pirates who roam it because he has grown up in a household with a grudge against the sailors that kept his mom imprisoned. -Not knowing anything : Carlos hates being left in the dark about anything, as he revels in the pride of knowing more than others. He will do anything to get information from others about what is happening or what something is about. -Camouflage : This pattern to him is "tacky" and Carlos criticizes others who wear it regularly, telling them to "take that forest skin off of your body." -Uggs : If Carlos hates camouflage, then he loathes uggs. He will forcefully shove the shoes off of someone's feet and get them a pair of Vans or something. He doesn't know what exactly he hates about them, but he still hates the shoe anyways.
OTHER •He dyes his hair every so often, and once went completely rainbow colored (many people asked him if he was gay - he said no). •Carlos has heard of the daughter of Phoebus and Esmeralda from sources and gossip, and wants to make it his goal to win her heart and possibly break it as well. •He has experience in pole dancing. Don't ask. •Carlos's favorite ice cream flavor is Neapolitan, as he says it is the 'best of every world'. •His favorite dog breed is a pomeranian, and favorite cat breed is a Scottish fold (look it up) •He has special charm bracelets that he mother makes him wear for good luck, and over the years he adopted that belief as his own as well.
