PERSONAITY - Callum is a small-town boy with a big heart, and though he is not knowledgeable about the world outside his small village, he reads of daring adventures and knights in gleaming armor. While other boys run around outdoors, climb trees, and play kick-the-ball-through-Old-Man-Jones's-window, Callum buries his head in his books and helps his mother out with spinning fleece into yarn, which he enjoys greatly. He is occasionally tutored by a traveling scholar that comes by their farming village from time to time, and has learned to read and write, as well as his basic times tables. Callum is a generous boy, helping out all who ask and even those who don't, and has many friends among the kids his age of his village. He likes to babysit the young kids and play with them while their parents are busy, and listening to Old Man Jones's stories about the world a long time ago and how it has changed. Cal has a big imagination, and likes to tell stories he has read about, and sometimes ones he has created on his own. His weaknesses are that he is too trusting of people, not knowing any better, is gullible as he isn't as knowledgeable about the world as others, and is loyal to the point of annoyance as loyalty and plain stubbornness are separated by a fine line, and he has sure crossed it by now. Most of all, Callum is a risk taker and always hopes for the best, which usually leads to him getting let down when what he expected wasn't as amazing as he thought. While he isn't the most attractive or muscular, Cal is one of the most creative kids, and likes to put his talents, though small in number, to use in as many ways as he can. Callum, most of all, is incredibly curious about the world outside his town and yearns to explore it one day.
