{Personality} Chase is a laid-back guy, in this for the thrill and the adrenaline trip. He can't take anything seriously for the life of him, and often ends up on the receiving end of a punch or slap for an inappropriate comment or unintentional insult. He is childish at best and at worst a total narcissist, focusing on himself over his relationships with others and unintentionally harming them in the long run. He loves to have a good time, and is usually quite annoying to the right people. He is reckless and impulsive, never thinking things through before going through with them and often getting himself into a heap of trouble. Chase isn't completely childish though; when worst comes to worst and it seems like the end, he will sober up and do his part and more. He had a lot of talent, he just doesn't bother to use it. He can get angry easily, and is quite impatient normally. If he isn't laughing, then you know you f*cked up.
{Strengths} Chase is good with pretty much every weapon, and he is a wild card you should look out for. But, his forte is stealth and surprise attacks, thus his weapon Swifty. When he wants to, he can fade into the background so much that he could steal the necklace on your neck from you before you even noticed it was gone. Chase is extremely charismatic, slick to the point of greasy, and when he wants to make something happen, you better bet it will happen.
{Weaknesses} Chase is pretty street smart, but he lacks in general book knowledge and information on what is going on. He isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, that's for sure. He is pretty wimpy when it comes down to hand to hand fights, and his lanky and bony frame won't put up much of a fight against a stronger opponent. He is honestly quite selfish, and would take anything that would benefit him without thinking about how it would affect others. He can be quite cocky, and come off as arrogant or annoying to people at first glance.
{Choice of Weapon} Tachýs, a.k.a. Swifty, a small celestial bronze dagger that can disappear and appear at lightning quick speeds. It's dormant form is a watch on his wrist.
{Backstory} Chase knows how to run, it is implanted in his head. From a young age, he knew how to hide and evade the gazes of his parents, who constantly fought and trashed the house at best. He stayed at home as little as possible, and tried to avoid them whenever he could. You see, his mother cheated on his father with a god. Which god, you might say? Hermes, the god of tricksters and thieves of all people. Little Chase didn't know what was going on, but he had an idea he was the reason why they fought. His mother tried her best to defend him, but even at times she regretted her decision and turned against him too. He didn't have many friends, so he learned how to make do on his own. He became self sufficient. He made himself who he is today fueled by self hate and doubt, and carries a burning hate for his biological father, who caused this whole mess. At twelve, he finally packed his bags and left home after the fight got physical for once, and he never went back. He hitched a train from Boston to New Jersey, and made his way to the big city. People didn't notice him, and who would want to notice a homeless twelve year old wandering the streets of Manhattan? Well, he pickpocketed many a person during his two months there, and got in contact with a network of demigods who persuaded him to attend Camp Half Blood. It was free food, right?
Needless to say he didn't believe the whole demigod thing at first, and called bull on it. For a year, he lived there, unclaimed and unhappy. On his thirteenth birthday, he was claimed by Hermes at dinner in front of everyone, and he hated it. He hated this god of a father he had that pulled his childhood apart. After a couple of months though, he gradually got used to it through the help of his half-siblings, and mellowed out. The past is in the past, and now is all that matters.
{Fatal Flaw} Recklessness
{Family}
•Melanie Evans - biological mother, a sweet albeit gullible woman who messed around with a god and didn't realize it until it was too late.
•Thomas Evans - father, but not biological, a genuine man who cares too much about Melanie and their marriage to see the son he left behind.
•Don - a pigeon Chase named while out and about in Manhattan who somehow followed him into the camp.
