Hey so sorry to disappoint but just wanted to tell you about something that happened to me last night which I and most of of my family found funny.
So last night I went to an engagement party, and I knew most of my family there but there was a couple I didn't. My family are mostly scouse on my dads side, so that's just funny in it's self because they're all mad, with really strong accents and I love it.
But anyway, the groom to be made a speech about how he couldn't wait to to get married to her and blah blah slightly boring but then some how he starting talking about how fast summer had gone. All of a sudden he turned around and said "feel like we've had 5 seconds of summer here." I kid you not I was mid way through swallowing my drink, I started choking and all of my family that knew began exchanging nervous glances wary of what I was about to say, before I could control myself I just said "fuck me I wish." much louder than I thought, there were a few tuts and gasps from family that didn't know me but the rest of the room was silent until my nan, the least expected person out of everyone just burst into laughter, setting everyone off whilst everyone else who didn't know me sat awkwardly not quite knowing what the fuck was going on.
Let's just say it was a situation I hadn't seen coming when I received the invite a few weeks back.
I'm hoping to put up a chapter later maybe but just couldn't wait to tell you this, after writing it down it doesn't seem as funny as it was but I promise you it was hilarious.
