When I met you [book 1]

First day

Glimmer's POV
It's my first day starting at Grayskull Academy. It's my Junior year fun right I'm supposed to be planning what I want to do during the senior year, but no me and my mom just had to move. This school doesn't have uniforms so I just throw a pair of jeans, a t-shirt, and a hoodie. I proceed to put on my vans. I check my phone. It's 6:30 I grab my car keys and head downstairs stairs. "Hey, mom I'm going to school," I say walking towards the door. "Oh okay, Bye Sweetie." She says. I plug my phone into the charger and my apple car play pops up I put on Dissolve by Absofacto

15 minutes later
I get to school 5 minutes before the bell and still magically get to class in time. 1st period is math. 'Someone please kill me' I say silently to myself. "I feel you there bud." I hear a voice say. "I'm Bow by the way." He introduces himself. "Glimmer; nice to meet you," I reply.
Me and Bow talk for the majority of math. He's actually really cool. The second-period bell rings. I run to my next class.
A few hours later
I walk into the cafeteria it's crowded with people. I feel a hand on my shoulder, but I look back to see Bow I calm down a bit. "Why don't you sit at my table today." He says. I nod following him. He walks over to a table filled with girls. One of them specifically stands out she's got her blonde hair up in a ponytail. She probably has a boyfriend. Damn it she's so cute, and I'm scared and gay. I walk over and sit down. "This is Mermista, Perfuma, Entrapta, and Adora. Everyone this is Glimmer." He motions to each of them. That cute girl's name is Adora nice to know. "I'm on the swim team," Mermista says. "I'm in the gardening club." Perfuma states. "I'm in Av and just about anything that involves computers or technology." She says. "I'm in football, soccer, and softball." Adora smiles. "Not to mention everyone's gay crush." Bow comments. She's not straight yes, yes, yes. "Oh shut up will you Bow." She replies. A girl with dark brown hair walks up. "What do you want Catra." Adora scowls. "You know exactly what I want." She replies. "We're over Catra." She says. "Yeah ok keep telling yourself that." She walks off. "You ready for the football game Friday Adora?" Perfuma asks. "Yeah. You coming to the game Glimmer?" Adora asks. "I guess," I say. Lunch ends rather quickly.
On the drive home from school
"Yes she's gay" I scream. She is so fucking cute. I get home a start on my homework. Fun right.
